I approached Tony because I needed help supporting someone I love through a crisis, and to help keep myself in one piece while doing it. His support and guidance helped me approach the situation in an empowered way. Tapping into his inside knowledge of the health system and professional expertise in serious mental heath situations was invaluable. I really appreciated his extensive skills, empathy and the way that he cut through the bull! He also encouraged me to take a holistic look at to my own life and helped turn a nightmare situation into a journey of growth. Tony is an excellent guy to have on your team. He equally as good at video consults as face to face consults. I wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you, Tony!

Where do I start with Tony......when you think of mental health and the well being of people Tony is someone that comes top of mind. Only the other day I was talking to a friend who lives a couple of hours away and I said......'Your friend needs to go see Tony', he's the most open minded, non judgemental, grounded counsellor I know. If you are looking for Trauma Counselling he's the guy. Actually, if you are looking for any type of counselling he's the guy to go see. His calm energy, compassion and empathic approach is second to none. An interesting man from a life lived full of colour but makes you feel at home to open up and talk about anything. Tony has the skills and understanding to 'pass the reins over' and to encourage you to get in the drivers seat of your own life. He also doesn't sugarcoat but he sure encourages and his wisdom helps you steer yourself in the right direction.
