A.Caring, relaxed and knows her stuff! . Tatia cares, and knows exactly how to create a relaxing environment, so you get the full benefits of reiki (connection) and relaxation. I booked in for a massage, but got so much more than that! I walked out feeling a million bucks, and that feeling stayed with me for days! Thank you so much Tatia, ill be back for more!
J.I had a number of sessions with Tatia late last year as was feeling stuck in a rut and couldn’t organise my thoughts to understand what it was that I was looking for in my life at this time and I also felt like I had forgotten my strengths and how I could use them. Tatia was amazing at helping me navigate what my current roadblocks were in both my personal and professional life, as well as offering effective tools and strategies to help me manage my life and delve into my true purpose and values!
The time that I spent with Tatia was invaluable in helping me to unlock my true potential. She highlighted to me practical ways of changing my trajectory as well as dealing with the overwhelm that changes in life can most definitely bring! I found our sessions very thought-provoking, supportive and walked away feeling like a fire had been lit in the creative side of me again! Not only this but she helped me connect with new people and events that really helped to keep me on course in between our sessions.
Making a life change, or feeling like you should, definitely comes with a lot of thoughts/actions and Tatia helped me manage all of this in bite-size chunks which enabled me to turn up to each session feeling confident that I was moving forward (not standing still) and knowing that I was going to walk away with more knowledge and techniques to take me even further on my journey.
Since my sessions with Tatia I have felt more empowered and back in the driving seat of my life. She has helped to re-ignite passion and purpose in both my personal and professional relationships, given me skills and techniques that I will use for the rest of my life and helped me commit to a healthier lifestyle, which has enabled me to prioritise my wellbeing, as well as the wellbeing of others around me.
I’m so looking forward to having another session with Tatia as we move into the new season of Spring… I am so grateful to have the opportunity to have worked with her and continue to work with her!
