I found Arica through a friend in my hometown and my own research. There's a time difference between Hawaii and New Zealand but booking online for Zoom class (life coaching) was easy. I started the session with knowing what I wanted to work on myself. I have never felt so comfortable talking to someone and be vulnerable without any judgement! In such a short amount of time, I was able to reflect on all the events that happened since childhood and began to realize what I need to work on my self. My life path has been clearer now that I completed the sessions. I am ever so grateful for Arica and the work she does for people. I still see her periodically for meditation and really enjoy it.
