I can highly recommend Adrienne's work, she is dedicated and masterful in her unique approach to understanding human behaviour, facilitating change and shifting ones perceptions. I appreciate & have benefited greatly from her wisdom and insight & have attended a number of her seminars over the last 8 or so years. I can say if you are committed to ongoing development, want to formulate a life strategy or new direction....or become aware of your unconscious bias lie relating to a difficult/challenging event so you can move on then I unreservedly reccomend Adreinnes practical no nonsense approach to helping shift ones perception to a new level of awareness & understanding.

I've been privileged to be associated with Adrienne Gulliver for a number of years now. As a Personal Strategist and friend, she has guided me through some challenges and triumphs in my personal and professional life. Adrienne calls herself a personal strategist… but trust me, she is so much more! I’ve been a client of Adrienne for several years now. And no, we don’t keep rehashing the same old stuff, playing the victim game, and focusing in on the ‘woe is me’ scenario. Adrienne doesn’t pretend to provide counselling and give you the answerers to your challenges. Working with Adrienne is a collaborative process, however, she has an uncanny knack of steering you to your own answers. I’ve worked with Adrienne on career and health challenges, and more recently, grieving the loss of my dad to sudden onset dementia and caring for my 83 year old mum. Every session I’ve had with Adrienne has started with a heavy heart, confusion, many tears and an inability to make sense of what was happening in my life. The longest session I’ve ever had is 2 hours. Yep… that’s all it took! Two hours to transform my mindset and walk away with a sense of gratitude for the situation and nothing but joy and love in my heart. Thanks Adrienne for the amazing work that you do. Adrienne has a certain knowing when it comes to helping one find their truth. She wiggles, tweaks, prompts and asks questions that enable you to recalibrate. Adrienne keeps going, which can be super challenging, to the point where you can get annoyed with her, even angry! However, she does this because she wants you to equilibrate your mind and body and she understands what the results will do for you. What does this mean to me? It has meant that I am less caught up in the highs and the lows, past pains or pleasures, and more in tune with my, now beat. This creates a certain stillness, where I am grateful. The result I get after this is clarity. I also know I can come back to her at any time when I am stuck in my revolution and gain the assistance I need, through the Demartini Method and/or Metanoia, to move and evolve to my next learning. Only go to her if you are serious about growing, living a life without wishes or regrets, and leading your own path forward.
