Bob was very well practised in his art. We felt safe in his hands. It felt a safe space to be able to share those difficult things to say to each other, that needed to be said. And then to gain an understanding of not only how our behaviour affected our partner but to understand why we do what we do and how we get trapped in a cycle, just has transformed our relationship. We "fight" more than we ever did but it is constructive and we come out the other side more deeply attached, which wasn't what happened before. There was no fighting, but not understanding or deepening of our relationship either! AAAAAA+
