The 3 ladies on counter were amazing, saved us $1000 on freight and insurance and repacked to get better pricing. Polite and professional.

Somewhat better than other companies, but one customer service attendant is really rude and wont listen.

Getting slower by the delivery. A express delivery from Sydney to DUNEDIN that should take 2-3 days takes 1 and a half weeks. I get there’s COVID and all, but fdx and NZ post aren’t doing this. Things get to akl or chc within 1-2 days then nothing happens for ages.

A decent service for your international services. This is a place where you have to come to pick up your own parcel if you are in hurry and want your parcel soon as possible.

Stood at the counter writing this in front of the older woman behind the counter while I quietly waited for over 30 minutes as if I was a ghost. A warm greeting a hi or even a smile would have been sufficient just felt awkward and uncomfortable..

Courier was very professional, pleasant and had a smile on him during my short encounter with him when he delivered an item to me. A wonderful experience and kudos to him for a job well done.

I’ve generally had average experiences with DHL apart from this incident. Shipping became delayed once the package arrived in New Zealand. Called to ask why and it’s due to Covid, can’t understand how that’s possible? as the package was ahead of time moving through UK,Germany,Netherlands and Australia.
Besides that, had the most awkward calling experience with both advisors. First one hung up on me and the other one was condescending.

Waiting on a package from Australia. This company tried dropping parcel off by getting out of his vehicle and tapping our letter box like i could hear that from inside the house. (CCTV) Left no card or msg he came and for us to call em back to reschedule another drop off. Parcel sat at their auckland city branch for a week or so when we finally rang them they said they were waiting for our call. Lol they lied on several occasions saying they tried dropping off parcel and no one was home, CCTV shows their attempts on majority of drop off times and dates were non existant. When they did come we were always home when they kept entering on track n trace system no one was home, there was always someone home on those days (CCTV confirms this) in the end after weeks of waiting we picked up parcel from the penrose branch after a complaint was emailed through to their big boss. This was because i was frustrated and angry with the time it took and the run around and lies they told. I cussed while explaining this to the customer service lady and he said not to cuss or hes going to disconnect on me, of course i didnt stop cussing and the sensitive tootie fruity hung up on me. Lol rang back got a better customer service guy who resolved my issue while listening to my rant and cussing. Email complaint sent to their boss got me a call from the customer service leader who confirmed previous cs agents actions of resolving my issue. (The better at listening and not sensitive cs agent)

Best Freight Company I have ever worked for in 2013. The people are wonderful as well as the staff. Everyone just worked together like a family. I have worked for TNT Express also and I feel they are the worst company to send shipments through them. DHL Express are very fast and efficient and they are very strict and will always assist in any way possible. Customers need to understand that there are restrictions and procedures to clear shipments for delivery to Customers, sometimes the receiving country can only do so much to assist Customer. I highly recommend DHL Express without a doubt.

Simetimes there is confusion on where the pacjaging is but for the most part when they call our pacjages are put aside for us and we can go get then striaght away.
