The old guy that delivers around the otahuhu area always waves hello or always smiling. Love it! He even puts the A4 size mail at the front door because it wont fit in the mailbox. Awesome service.

Being a courier service there should be some after hours phone number operating 24/7 for emergencies etc. These guys are the official courier service for deliveries to Immigration New Zealand I think. Staff members at the Penrose office are friendly and helpful.
