Super polite and friendly — we offered to help him unload but he insisted he had it covered. It was pouring with rain and he even brought in towel to wipe up his wet footprints afterwards. Would highly recommend!

P.Mixed results. Picked up over two hours later than scheduled - yes there was an incident on the bridge but if you arrived at the scheduled time then that wouldn't have been an issue. There's no useful phone number to contact you to query things faster. The phone number you provide in your email says to email you instead when you call it so not really that helpful. Only positive is that the parcel got delivered on time but that was certainly not a guarantee and the only reason you did is because we factored in a delay ourselves.

M.I try to write reviews when I have an experience that truly changes my day, and inarush absolutely did so. On Tuesday I ordered and Ecosa double mattress. The website told me it was likely to arrive within 2-7 working days. Sweet as! Less than 24 hours I check my phone email to see that inarush has ALREADY been to my house to try and drop my bed off! I give them a phone call, and receive the friendliest, most proactive service I have come across in a long time. I'm told that (I forget their name, so sorry!) will phone the courier to see where they are, and if they are still doing deliveries, they will swing past my place again. Five minutes later, I get a phone call saying that my courier, Julian Strangward, is twenty minutes away. Again, my parcel is speedier than me! I frantically give Julian a call (with the cellphone number that inarush supplies along with a WONDERFUL tracking site to see live-time where your parcel is). Again, I have the most pleasant conversation on the phone, as I let him know I'll be there soon and he's ok to leave my parcel there.
If there's any other place I can sing my praises to gain the traction you guys deserve, please let me know where to go. What a wonderful experience.
