A.Excellent service - the job involved a remote pickup and then packaging of a fragile item to withstand possible damage in transit. This was all done on schedule and the package arrived on time despite flooding en route in Canterbury that cut all roads to the south. An excellent effort. Would not hesitate to use Pack & Send again.

T.1) I left my HP Computer Notebook in Auckland International Airport in the immigration after the security screening on 22 Feb. 2020(Saturday).
2) I contacted Ms. Rita Krishna of Send and Pack, Auckland on 25 Feb. (Tuesday) after initial exporation with DHL and Fedex - none of these international courier company would help to retrieve my computer from the Lost and Found department of Auckland International Airport , pack it properly before sending back my computer.
3) After I first contacted Ms. Rita Krishna on 25 Feb. at around 8.06 am (Singapore time) about my problem, until I received my computer safely in my Singapore home on 27 Feb.(Thursday) around 7 pm, the time lapse is only 59 hours (about 2.5 days).
4) I really appreciate and applaud the professionalism and efficiency with which Ms. Rita Krishna shown to execute this assignment. (ie.sending my computer back from Auckland to Singapore - a 10 hours flight distance.)
5) I give a 10 upon 10 rating for their service !!!

M.This is the place to go to if you have artwork to ship overseas. The painting I sent to Canada arrived in perfect condition. Cost was quite reasonable too and compared favorably with paying for extra baggage on 2 airlines (which was my other option).
