Highly recommend Pack & Send Pakuranga. I had a customer wanting an urgent overnight courier, but was made more complex by her having a rural address. The team at Pakuranga Pack & Send were very helpful and was able to help me get the package to the customer in time :) Communication was great.

Pakuranga Pack & Send delivered my package from Auckland to Christchurch in under 24 hours. Having being told the general waiting time was between 3-5 days, I was shocked and absolutely thrilled that it turned up so quickly. I came in with my item at around 9am and it was delivered to my address by 7am the next morning. My item was extremely fragile and as promised, there was no damage from the travel. In addition to this, the packaging was meticulously wrapped which made me feel very understood. Thank you for your services, they were fast and considerate on all angles.

This is the first time I have used Pack and Send and what a great experience. Due to COVID level 3 I was forced to look for alternative freight providers for a urgent delivery as many post shops were closed. I emailed the pakuranga pack and send branch for a quote which came back within one hour. Impressive. The quote was to pack and send to Tauranga and it was very competitive in price to others I’ve used in the past. I turned up, they honoured all COVID protocol and professionally talked me through the process. I was sent a follow up receipt, tracker and then was emailed a day later when it arrived. I cannot recommend Pack & Send Pakuranga highly enough! I needed a package I bought online picked up from the distribution warehouse in New Zealand, packaged and then sent to my home address in Australia. From the very first contact with Pack & Send Pakuranga right through to final delivery the process was seamless and easy. I wanted to send a mobile phone to Fiji, but NZ post would not send it (lithium ion batteries not permitted). I contacted pack and send and asked them if they could send it. The response via email was quick and positive. I popped into their branch and got wonderful customer service, they even supplied a better sized box for me. The package arrived in Fiji amid covid flight restrictions within 1 week. I was super pleased. I received correspondence confirming it was received by the addressee, even though I didn't opt for tracking.

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Pack and Send Pakuranga. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. I had 33 paintings that had to be returned to the owner in Singapore and didn't know how I was going to do it. Other Companies from whom I sought quotes simply presented more problems than solutions. Mitesh Patel gave me estimates and suggestions that resulted in me paying less for air freight than to send by sea. They professionally packed the paintings for a very reasonable price and the parcels arrived safely in Singapore 2 days after leaving their premises. I was overwhelmed by their level of customer service and care.

I needed a suitcase sent from NZ to Australia, packed with 6 batteries so Mitesh kindly repacked the batteries into seperate boxes as by law you can only send 2 batteries per package.
