Received exceptional service from the team at Pack & Send. Called them mid-afternoon yesterday hoping to get a package to Rotorua by today. I got there just in time & they packaged and ready for the courier (who was happy to wait for the box). Got a call from them the today letting me know it had been delivered to the receiver! Was really stuck how I was going to get a couple of boxes fragile estate breakables across to Sydney. Had got some ridiculous quotes else where, until I came across Pack &Send Takapuna. Wow,Wow Wow. Great fast service, even picked up the boxes from my home. My family in Sydney had the two large boxes delivered within a week, no customs issues. so well wrapped. Extremely cost effective. The best courier company I've used - once you use them, you'll not want to use any other. Prices are reasonable, sometimes slightly more, but worth it. Never a lost parcel, and these guys (especially Sean) go above and beyond with customer service. I go to them for both work and personal use, and they are the kind of company that will provide solutions and not problems. I've recently sent an extremely important package for work, and they made organising the shipment a breeze and even emailed me an update on Saturday when it arrived safely to let me know. More often than not, their text confirming to me that the item has been received comes even before my recipient has informed me about it. Hello Friends, To start Jeremy and Jane are very helpful and kind . They are very honest, perfect example of Kiwi Culture. Now my experience. I used their services to ship used kitchen items and toys to India while leaving Auckland ( with a heavy heart ). As the stuff were made up of metal , I opted for silver service of Pack & Send which has no insurance. The packing was done by them in standard boxes. The carrier was DHL. When i recieved my goods in India, all the kitchen items were battered beyond repair. DHL didn't accept any responsibility as they were just the carrier and advised to claim from Pack & Send. When i did that , they didn't accept it either as the packaging was standard and i had taken silver service. I filed a plea in Disputes Tribunal , it got rejected as i had not taken insurance and DHL weren't hired by me. Overall, it was total loss of 600 NZD. I suggest to future customers to : 1. Discuss in detail with Jeremy &Jane the method of safest packaging and insurance cover for valuable items. They will surely help. 2. Carry precious stuff personally if possible, sell rest of stuff before leaving. 3. Discuss options of carrier, if possible deal with them directly. Pack & Send does the logistics part with no liability and carrier doens't have any since we don't pay them. Rest, enjoy your time in Auckland and Takapuna

Jane and Jeremy were wonderful helping me with my recent move from Auckland to the USA. I had several fragile items that they packed for me, which all made the trip intact. They were fast, friendly, and everything was done to ensure my items arrived safely and quickly, and were well taken care of. Everything arrived in the USA within 5 days! They also saved me when I frantically came in one last time on the day of my flight to the USA with a few more belongings which did not fit in my suitcase, and I didn't have a box. They simply took my items (again, some of which were fragile) and packed them for me, then the box arrived in the USA 4 days later. A big thank you to Jane and Jeremy for making a major transition so easy for me, and for taking such good and personalized care of my belongings! I highly recommend this store.

A relative left an item at Auckland airport before flying overseas and living in Wellington needed someone to collect it, pack it and ship it. I contacted Pack & Send Takapuna on a Friday - they quoted an extremely reasonable price, collected it on the Monday and it arrived in Canada on the Wednesday. I had a 21" CRT TV shipped from Auckland to Wellington. Quite fragile. Pack & Send were the first to respond to my emails with a quote and when compared to the other outfits, they offered the best price. The Takapuna arm of Pack & Send kept me well informed through out, providing me with all nessasary documentation and clear instruction. I was provided tracking details, once the TV was on-the-road. I recieved a call a day prior to delivery, to confim my delivery address. The TV arrived undamaged, as it was packed very securly with plenty of support/protection. After many unsuccessful calls to companies advertising their skills in this type of move, I came upon Pack & Send. They were incredible from start to finish.
