J.Bought a set coil-overs for a Honda Accord, (d2) after going through the certification process the front suspension failed on the brackets to mount the brake line supplied in the box - as it holds the hose in once place and the oem holds in two places. (This caused the hoses to touch the tyre at full lock) could not find anything in nz to rectify this issue other than redline performance but they were out of stock. Ended having to pay an engineer to build the correct bracket at considerable cost.

T.The team at Scarles have been great to deal with. We use them frequently through work for our personal cars and customers car for a lot of performance items etc. Returns or faulty products have always been taken care of quickly and efficiently. Never any problems!
A.Radiator had died the night before. After explaining the situation to the staff member at the counter, he had given me a discount on a new RB radiator. Also gave helpful feedback on what to expect when installing the new radiator. Overall a great experience :)

B.Ordered an intercooler kit through their eBay account, and ended up having issues with the shipping cost. Wasn't my fault that they didn't charge me enough but just seemed a little sketchy. First they tried charging me an extra $200 for the shipping which was sort of understandable and then said it was shipped. A couple days later ended up being told that there was another mistake and that it would be another $400. At that point I was pretty frustrated and was not paying that much. They offered to cancel my order and give my money back or just sending the piping kit for what I had paid. Gave me no offers or coupons to say sorry so I ended up paying $550 just for piping. Package arrived quick, the piping looks alright, my only complaint is on the y-pipe for the twin turbos. The welds don't look amazing and are a little worrisome, but I am hoping that they will hold up. Overall I was impressed with the shipping time once shipped, the pipes other than the y-pipe, and the customer service was just... okay. Shipping wasn't entirely their fault i understand, but they also messed up quite a bit, and didn't make the customer experience very satisfactory

J.awesome high quality products, ordered a walbro 500hp fuel pump and a scr 38mm wastegate, they accidentally sent me 2 fuelpumps and sent me down the wastegate with a return bag free of charge. good service will be purchasing more and going to their store when i'm up in Auckland end of march :)
D.Bought online, I had the goods delivered next day and they fogured out i had ordered the wrong thing for my requirements, made recommendations on what i should get, and altered my order for me - key point here is that i engaged with them and told them my requirements and they were more than happy ti help - certainly not the sort of service experience you normally expect nowadays with the tween deopkicks that other mainstream auto parts stores employ - these guys seem to really care about their customers and i was left wanting to trade with them again soon, A+ in my book, really happy with them.

K.Great service and very helpful! A Prosport digital fuel pressure gauge helped to diagnose and fix a combination of a faulty fuel pressure regulator (causing excessive pressure when the pump was running) and an intermittent power supply problem to the fuel pump.
C.it's a nice shop, has cool aftermarket parts. Really polite and helpful dude at the counter.
