C.Superyacht Support NZ is a gold standard agency. With 10 years in the Superyacht industry, and having worked globally on yachts ranging from 50-90m, I can safely say that SYSNZ sets the bar extremely high, leaving agents in Europe, Caribbean & the USA much to catch up on.
Duthie and his efficient team took care of every detail of our stay in NZ. From our haul out and yard period, to the seamless organization of contractors, crew accommodation, guest provisions and activities, this team took care of it all. Never before have we arrived at a dock and had everything so well planned and monitored from the beginning till end. Costs were fully transparent and no task was too great or small. The care which this team gives to every Superyacht crew and their owners is second to none.
Despite their extremely busy schedule, SYSNZ has a way of making you feel like you are the most important yacht in the Marina, and their efficient work ethic and dedicated attention means nothing is left to chance.
Cannot recommend their services highly enough and would love to return to Auckland simply of having the chance to work with these guys again! Watch out world ... SYSNZ is the new gold standard in Superyacht services... the rest have some catching up to do.
