Urgent Couriers have given great service, even with different people handling the request - great work guys especially during a time when courier services are greatly affected by the pandemic awesome!

Last week I had a perishable parcel to send to Tauranga, and I would like to congratulate the staff at the Otahuhu Depot of Urgent Couriers, for their super efficient service in these frustrating times for deliveries. I enquired early afternoon on their service, and was assured it would be 24 hour delivery, so I booked the service. The parcel was kept refrigerated overnight, and indeed was delivered the following afternoon in Tauranga, for a very reasonable cost. I used this service to send my letter from Auckland to Christchurch the 23rd of December ( I know it’s tricky) but I needed to submit my document to the general consulate of Japan before the Christmas holidays and to do so I booked an Airbnb to be able to receive my letter easily as I was traveling and didn’t had any address at this period. So I found this company and I asked them to pick up my letter at my friend house in Auckland the 23 of December before 5 PM and the courier guy came around 11 AM to take the letter until there it was perfect. The letter was supposed to arrive until 5:00pm of 24th, so I was waiting for it at the Airbnb place. At 3:30 pm the next day, I was a little concern about the fact that I didn’t got any news about my delivery , I tracked the letter on their website and I was surprise to discover that my parcel was “already received” and that I was able to rate the driver. As you can imagine, surprise and anxious, I tried again until I manage to finally see where on the map the driver deliver the letter. The letter was still in Auckland, I finally decided to call the warehouse to get more information about my parcel and to understand what was happening. The guy was really helpful and tried to explain me that they may have lost the letter in the warehouse, he went away to take another look but didn’t find it. To help him I sent him a picture of the letter and he explained me that the delivery guy may have deliver the missive to my old flat in Auckland as (and that my fault only) my friend didn’t wrote the new destination of the letter on top of the old one. At this point we can’t say that the service was not good, I was just really mad at myself for not asking to my friend to write the Christchurch address on the letter... But also I was a little angry at them to be able to loose a letter, but it was soon Christmas I could understand that they may have a lot of work at this period of time. After the call I asked to my old flat mate to check in the mail box for the letter as the delivery guy may have dropped it here thinking that it was the destination of the missive. Nothing was here. After the Christmas holidays, I didn’t get any news from them until I decide to put a review saying that this guys have lost my letter and how mad I was. I finally received a call from one of the employee telling me that they found my letter and asking me if I was able to receive it now. He also ask me to erase my review as I was responsible of the mistake when i forgot to put the new address on the letter. After that i received my letter in a day in my new place. So to make a complete and fair review of this service I would like to say that : Yes they deliver in a day around NZ even in the smallest town and for the price it’s actually a good service. But also when we pay for this kind of service, we expect to get a call or at least an email when something is wrong. And I know that the wrong address was on the letter but you still manage to lost it in your warehouse and mention on your website that the courier was deliver when It was not. As it was a common mistake and because the service himself is good I can’t put one star but I can’t also give a really good review as the customer service is not the best.

Urgent Couriers are the only courier company The Secret Garden uses. They always deliver our packages when they say they will and their customer service on the phones is outstanding. In recent months they have gone above and beyond on several occasions to help us out.

I am very impressed by the professionalism and time efficiency of Urgent Couriers. The parcel from Auckland was delivered to Hamilton was delivered within hours, even though it is a very busy time of year. They cared about the delivery, and followed my specific requests to the letter. I also received a prompt email to confirm when the delivery was done. This team went over and above my expectations, I had two decent size boxes to send and found it hard to find a company that would send them. most companies I phoned said that you needed an account with them and after finding other companies with the same policies it started to get a little frustrating These guys however gave me a solution. arrived to there office depot with my 5 month old son they took the initiative to get the boxes from my car and into their office, very friendly staff and professional. They made it a breeze and to top it off, the price was lower than what I had expected. As another company quoted me a similar price for one box only, I will def be using this company moving forward Thanks Pete and the team :)

The best service at short notice I have ever experienced, I had 15 minutes to pick up equipment from customs in Auckland before they closed for the weekend, Jun in customer service was efficient and helpful and managed to get my urgent package for me that afternoon and flown to New Plymouth the next day. If I could give them 10 stars I would, great job guys.

I needed a package taken from a printer to my team who were at an event, and they were able to complete the job at a moment's notice. They really saved the day. I used their services in Auckland all the way from Dallas, TX, and I could not be happier with the support and reliability they provided. Thank you!

10/10 can't recommend enough. Changed my delivery from Pukekohe to Tuakau at the last minute as I was uable to enter Pukekohe due to work. They were so understanding and helpful. Is really good to know there is a postal service out there made up of good people. Thanks so much again!

I have dealt with Urgent over the last few years and am surprised by other people’s feedback. This company especially compared to other courier services is outstanding. I have arranged one hour service to large project work. 5 star would recommend.

I use this company most days sending parcels all round Auckland and I've never had an issue. Their tracking systems are fantastic and the customer services team are exceptional. Highly recommend

Excellent - A visitor from Germany left his ipad in an airbnb outside of Hamilton, after a few phone calls to other couriers, this one came up trumps. Ipad picked up, arrived at Hotel near airport in 3 hrs, and in great condition as this was not packed ready for a courier. Thankyou so much to Jun and the drivers from Urgent Couriers

Most of the times, it's good but there have been occasions when they get delayed and client still has to pay for the premium service. When the issue was raised, we were told that the service is not guaranteed :(
