B. F.Never had a problem picking up a parcel from here. Its good knowing they check the address and name on the parcel before giving it to you. Always quick and efficient. Busy on Saturdays with the line out the door to be mindful if you are in a hurry.
D. s.I was really sceptical (of this company) having read the review section of people who have gone through the same scenario as me. I was expecting two parcels for a re-delivery and only one arrived. After talking to a nice receptionist over the phone, gone through the process etc I finally got my second parcel. If it wasn't for the minor hiccup (Directly talking to YOU the company) you would get 5 stars. Well done for following up.

C. R.I don't enjoy writing poor reviews, it's a waste of my time and I'm sure that the front line staff at this depot do what they can to deliver.
I found the depot to be quiet at 9:30am and again at 4:30pm, with two welcoming members of staff on the front desk.
Simple really: Two – tracked and overnight – small, light packets, from two different senders, destined to the same recipient, at the same address within the CBD, by chance they both met up on the same delivery run. The items could have been coupled together (a rubber band) after a failed delivery attempt when scanned in at the depot. One item is now missing at this depot, this is holding up a client’s project.
Thanks to the four staff members – including Mo – that searched high and low for the lost item, for over two lots of 15 minutes. I did not appreciate being told by one staff member that he was not prepared to spend his time hunting for it. Oddly being unable to initiate an investigation at the depot, I ended up having to waste more of my time on the phone to do so, to find my parcel within the depot.
Looking through the assortment of feedback left here, I’m glad that I had checked prior to visiting the depot so I could brace myself for an issue.
A disappointing experience had, therefore half a job results in half the stars.
Outcome: I received a call the following week, the parcel had been found and I received an apology. It was sent out by courier, door-to-door service, which arrived within 20 minutes.
D. F. 2.Courier post have improved significantly in 2019, to the point where it's the only courier company worth using in New Zealand. Fast shipping times and nowhere near as many card to calls left on my front door. Well done!
W.Our parcel was accidentally sorted incorrectly so it couldn't be delivered that day (my fault). We called them up to see what had happened and then a lovely woman then spent a few hours looking for it and we were able to pick it up that afternoon. Absolutely awesome work.
While we were there we also watched a woman berate and blame the staff because she had the wrong address, her parcel was with a entirely separate courier company yet she tried to make it their fault.

J. T.Usually excellent. Now that summer is here be aware that ques are long for 4 o'clock deadline leaving Motueka.This mail goes to Christchurch to be sorted. Courier delivers within 24 hrs over Nz. Keep up the good service.
A. S.Such good service. A package was accidentally sent to Christchurch not Wellington. Phil called me to inform me of the mistake and called me every time the package made progress back to Wellington. It was only delayed a day and I got excellent service! Thanks Phil
M. P.Have had bad experiences with my local courier post in the past with them not bothering to knock or roughly handling parcels. But I have to say the front desk service at this depot is fantastic.

The drivers are contracted so that might be problem not the courier post.
M. M.My experience with them at Southern operations was ok... But i would not of had to got out to here if the New Zealand Couriers drive had done his or her job and knocked on my door as i was home when he or she came to my house not happy....

D.They do 99 things right, yet people just pick them on that 1 little thing that courier did wrong! I think Courier Post is the best Courier Company among all the couriers companies.
H. E. S.If you send a large quantity of large packages this is the courier you want. No worse than every other company but they damaged our packages the least of all the couriers.
N. H.I panicked because you said you left it with someone called Laveta? However, if that is a code for, "left it under or behind rock", then I'm good with that...
