Bit of a delay with finding someone who was willing to move our table and chairs (not pack and sends fault, no one was willing to move such a large load) but once someone agreed it was completed within a matter of days. I paid more than the competitors to have a mirror transported from Christchurch to Auckland - a purchase from Trade Me. I am glad I did - the mirror arrived in perfect condition and was so well wrapped it took me 30 minutes to unwrap it - I absolutely recommend Blane and his team at Riccarton Pack & Send to act as Guardians of precious items being transported - it was worth the extra and I relied on their excellent reviews to make my decision - paid off

I cannot recommend the Pack and Send team in Blenheim Rd highly enough. From my initial enquiry and quotes, through to my actual pack and send, notification of delivery in the UK and follow up query regarding VAT charges. After a bad experience with another company (got conflicting advice from different depots), I used Pack and Send, and they were brilliant. They told us what the different options were, and gave us great advice on how to prepare the items for shipping. Great customer service. These guys really care.

This will be my "go to" business when sending artwork overseas from.now on. The Team (Blain, Michael, Marty Niki, to name a few) are very friendly professional, helpful, and willing to assist any way they can to get your precious item to its destination in good time. Their packing method is simple, but also simply sensible and a very protective strong option, and they usually have samples available to explain their reliable and Warrantied system. The egal side of export may be daunting for some, but is explained in easy to understand language by the staff. They were very prompt with information during the quoting phase and never tired of my constant queries. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

The service received at Pack & Send Riccarton was extremely good. Drew and Blain were my main point of contacts and were humble, honest and helpful in their dealings. I used their service to send some luggage over to Melbourne and whatever was not sent (after the scans/checks etc.), they did got in touch and asked if I could collect it from the store. Though a little bit can be done in terms of the price as I believe it's a bit expensive but when compared to other services around, they were also as expensive, so cannot complain. I would recommend using their services for assured and safe delivery!

Sending packages to China can be particularly difficult at times, but Martin and his team were immensely helpful every step of the way. Big props to them for doing their best and would use them again if I had to send anything else.

The only thing that would make it better would be all the paperwork required (in NZ and country shipped too) was on half and ready to be complete and signed on pickup of goods (or drop off at shop). I had a lot of fluffing around with forms that P&S could have easily had ready for me to complete but otherwise not a drama.

I found this company so professional, Mark was very helpful trying to assist me with getting a gate from south island to auckland and with the best price offered.The bonus was being able to speak with someone who took the time over the phone rather than dealing with emails backwards and forwards. This was a biggy for me, living in West Australia and wanting my treasured items in Christchurch sent to my elderly Dad in Tasmania for storage until I settle. I can't believe how easy it was. I couldn't fully complete the contents list as I hadn't seen my items for three years so Andrew and the team did it for me. It took only three days to arrive but my Dad wasn't home so a note was left for him to collect it. This I didn't want as he is 81, when he got to the depot the guy there took one look at him and 'said don't worry about a thing we'll drop it off for you', Dad tells me everything is very well packaged.
