It was a difficult decision who to choose to go with to send a motorhome to Australia. We were absolutely delighted with Taurus's service. They all seemed to go beyond the call of duty. They were very helpful throughout and got it there within the price range they quoted. Their prices may seem higher than competitors, but beware, the others just quote low and then add heaps of extras on later which are already included in Taurus's quotes. I will definitely use their services again.

The shipping cost from Sydney to.Auckland very reasonable. Unfortunately the timeframe was very ambiguous, my vehicle took 28 days from drop off to delivery. Id also like to point out the documentation required to prove ownership and price paid for duty purposes was continuously questioned by Troy Budge, to the point I felt like a criminal doing something to evade tax payment. My saving grace has been the communication with Hayley Sears who looked after the logistics and explained the hold ups, again thankyou Hayley! I would recommend Taurus Logistics, but be prepared for officious management from some.

We used Taurus to export our private vehicle from New Zealand to Queensland Australia. We found working with Taurus Logistics team both in New Zealand & Australia was fantastic. They made this vehicle export process a stress free experience. They even suggested local (once in Australia) company to assist us with the arriving countries road worthy & registration requirements. again another and stress free process. The regular updates and information made it easy for us to follow, and they were also available when you contacted them. Shipped my personal car with them from NZ to Oz, overall Troy from the NZ branch was exceptional, a real champion, would deal with him again without hesitation. Very accommodating (answered my many, many questions) and was always quick with his replies. Not quite the same experience once it was handed over to the Australian delivery team, I will not name anyone but the communication style from one person was borderline rude and they tried to include NZ costs in an Australian invoice (with the higher currency rate). When I pointed it out to them they did eventually correct it after a few emails back and fourth - was frustrating. Also, I wasn't aware the car would take the long route halfway around the globe. Happy to pay more to get the vehicle faster, just didn't know the option existed. Finally, the vehicle arrived in the same condition it left in, which is great considering the distance it traveled and the number of ports it stopped off at. Thumbs up to the vessel crews!

We highly recommend Taurus Logistics. We recently transported our car from Melbourne to Wellington and it was a very smooth process. The team at Taurus were fantastic (Troy in AU and Haley and Claudette in NZ). They answered all of our queries and kept us informed all the way through the process. Their partners (Karen at Advanced car carriers AU) and Janet and Dion (at Autorama NZ), were also fantastic. Everyone involved provided a level of Customer service that is very rare these days and they made what could have been a very stressful experience a very easy one.

Imported a motorcycle into NZ from Australia. Customer service over all was good. Staff were helpful, happy to answer questions, and give instructions on what they required. Email replies were generally prompt. The process was pretty easy thanks to Taurus. Bike arrived safely, although communication lapsed a bit once the bike reached port and was waiting clearances, leaving us in the lurch about when the bike would be cleared for pickup. Overall I would be happy to recommend Taurus to others. There is a lot of very good information regarding importing on their site, and requesting a quote is quick and easy.
