Really lovely people that work diligently and quickly under what I imagine is a fast paced business, which would require problem solving, I have used this branch for acouple of years now and they are excellent would recommend

Fantastic service with this company who additionally helped to collect an 'unpacked' item for me at Gisborne Airport which other courier companies would not do, except one courier company who charged an extortionate amount for shipping costs. Fastway couriered my item promptly and for a great cheap price to my home address on the South Island. Very grateful for a 5* service. Thank you! :)

Amazing service. Good price, fast communication, quick delivery at our home (Rural address). They went out of their (fast)way :-) to help us out, when no other courier would help us. Here is the story: We needed a passport picked up from Gisborn airport (NZ North Island) and posted to our home address, a Rural address near Picton on New Zealand South Island. We tried all the big couriers (tried about 6 or 7 different once), but most of them would not pick up the passport from the airport, and only one other courier would do it but quoted us more than 400$ to send us the passport ....that is just nuts, we could have flown there ourselfes to pick it up ... just rediculous. We almost gave up, but than we called Fastway in Gisborne who immediately responded positive, no problem, just 14$ for the job!! Got it sorted in no time. Excellent service :-) They picked up and posted the passport the next day, and it arrived in a courier bag at our home 2 days later. THANK YOU SO MUCH FASTWAY GISBORNE !!!

What a fantastic service & extremely competitive pricing for what I needed. The delivery was fast wheather I caught the flow at the right time I'm not sure, but I'm impressed. My son had his bags next morning after sending over night on FASTWAY couriers Thanks to Ian & his friendly team here in Gisborne awesome work! FASTWAY all the way.
