I have been using Aramex for about a month now. What a wonderful service they provide. Very willing to assist. Ready to solve problems rather than putting up barriers. Excellent courier service. I have not been as impressed with a service as that of Aramex. In spite of the Christmas rush two parcels, one to Rotorua and one to Tauranga, were collected just past 6pm from me in Hamilton and was delivered the next day by lunchtime. Absolutely brilliant service! Four months later. I still feel they are excellent.

I'd like to highly recommend Aramex Fastway Couriers - and in particular, the couple who operate the St Andrews Hamilton run. I use the courier service most days, and collection is reliable, prompt and good value. Parcels sent arrive very promptly, and in good condition. THANKS TEAM, you are AMAZING!!!

I sold some stuff on trademe and used Aramex - they arrive to my customers within a week (some in Auckland, some in Dunedin rural). This is very good during covid and way better than NZ post. I have a parcel which was sent from Auckland to Hamilton at the same time by NZ post - I have been waiting for my parcel more than 2 weeks and tracking shows that it is still in Auckland! I have no idea what NZ post is doing???

Our experiance with this courier company is mainly through the person who delivers our goods. Keith Samra, our designated driver. He is always efficient, dependable, and cheerful.

Absolutely love Aramex, they pick up on time, deliver incredibly fast regardless of how far away the destination is. When they come to collect a package for delivery they're the friendliest most cheerful crew and we love them to bits. Brilliant Courier Company.

When we started our business it was tricky trying to find a courier who would take us on without knowing the amount of business we would get each week. Aramex was so understanding that we were a new business and they were really supportive and wanted to help us out. Since then they have gone above and beyond to help us with pickups and even helping with out of town pick ups from one business to another. Easy to contact, quick to respond - really happy with our service.

Awesome reliable courier. I use them every day for my business and never have any problems. Our local driver in Te kuiti (Keith Samra) is super helpful and friendly. Even automatically brought my parcels round to my new house for me when they accidentally got sent to my old address. Never get that kind of service from the other companies.

Absolutely one of the best courier companies around. Communication is 1000 times better than some of the others around. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kia ora, I ordered a book online at the start of March that I need for uni and knew it wouldn’t arrive for a few weeks. Unfortunately, it was delivered and signed for to a different house. I naturally thought it had gone to my neighbours house but on realising it hadn’t, started to worry. I emailed Aramax on Sunday and waited for communication. This morning (Wednesday) at 8.30am, a lady from a street away came to hand deliver my book. Where she lives is directly at the top of a T-Junction and our street signs are on the same pole. My street sign points in the direction of her house. After the amazing deliverer left, at 9am, I googled Aramex Waikato to call them; and at 9.04am a lovely representative rang me. She was kind, courteous, professional and apologised for the confusion and any stress the whole thing may’ve caused (I’m so sorry, but I’ve forgotten her name). She explained how the book ended up at the wrong address. I then explained how the book ended up in my hands and we both cracked up. I’m really grateful for her call. It might’ve been easier to just send a cold email and be done with it but she took the time to call and listen and she deserved the same respect. She is an awesome ambassador for Aramex. After getting a quote on the phone, with measurements, the CS rep tried to near double it when I got there, which leads me to think there is no accuracy in their prices. Best ring ahead instead of getting a fright with the price.

Best courier EVER!!!! Most Couriers dump parcel at doorstep and run or leave a card in letterbox, Not fastway, Sheryl our fastway lady in Cambridge delivered our parcel right to the door in the pouring rain and asked for a signature, even tho she had permission to leave at the doorstep if no one home. Well done Sheryl whooop whooop!!!!!!!!!!

I have had a number of punctual deliveries from fastway however purchased 2 car video recording cameras online and when they arrived had some sort of dirt on them However when I contacted the vendor received no response so can not blame fastway On other deliveries the service has been great and the drivers pleasant to deal with
