Received Excellent! service from the moment I spoke with Simone on the phone. Everything was done with smooth, competent efficiency. I chose the fragile, door to door, air freight service. It was totally cost effective especially compared to quotes going by sea & arriving 6 weeks later. The large box of my mothers precious crystal & china arrived intact, safely, 2 days later. This is the first but definitely not the last time I will be using the excellent services of Pack & Send Hamilton City. I had 3 large parcels which needed to get to Auckland urgently. I had received a quote from another service and was just blown away with the competitive costs from Pack & Send. The timeframe for delivery was the icing on the cake! Two days later and I've received notification that the 3 large parcels (which cost half the price of the other quote) arrived overnight the very next day and well within time for a successful delivery. Hi I can not recommend Pack and Send Hamilton enough, I recently sent a 22kg box of stationery to Cambodia from Hamilton, they helped me arranged what was the best price in postage for me and the weight and then I left them to it, packing the box which they supplied and documenting all the paper work required etc, they sent me a tracking number and then 9 days later my school received their books, pens etc. Cant get any easier or faster than that. But the camera lens had a crack in the hood. No extra packing was provided to what the sender provided. He believed they would add packing. He is taking it up with them. Absolutely brilliant service from Maulene at Pack & Send Hamilton, after incorrect information on NZ Post's Youshop webpage led to me getting a parcel that included Li-Ion batteries sent to the Youshop USA warehouse. After being told it couldn't be shipped to NZ, I contacted Pack & Send, who promptly came back with a quote, and a solution using another courier company. NZ Post then mucked both Maulene and myself around for the better part of 3 months with slow email responses, not wanting to provide information that was needed for the pick up, and four failed pick ups due to not having the parcel ready at their warehouse. I nearly gave up, but Maulene persisted, and eventually the parcel was successfully collected, and then took 4 days, including the weekend, to come from Oregon, USA, to my door :-)

Unable to find a local pack and post business in New Plymouth to send some heirlooms to family in England, I emailed Pack & Send Hamilton City. They quickly provided a quote and next day a local lady collected the bits and pieces, packed them, and had them couriered overnight to Hamilton. The Stratford based lady looks after all of Taranaki for this service. After signing the consignment notes, Pack & Send on the third day had the package on its way. It has arrived in perfect condition and photos received during opening showed how well the packaging had been done. My family were delighted. I can thoroughly recommend Pack & Send Hamilton City.

I used park&send services to send my personal belongings from NZ to Canada. They provided an excellent service and helped me throughout the process .Due to COVID they had to store my stuff for three month at their warehouse before they can transport it to Canada and they did not charge me any additional money for Storage. I dealt with Maulene at their Hamilton branch she helped me throughout the process and provided all the documentation in a timely manner that helped me getting my custom clearance at the Canadian. Border agency- If you need to send any package overseas or within NZ I would highly recommend them , excellent customer service and price.

I posted through Pack & Send after being disappointed with NZ Post (3 months no delivery), and finding DHL to complicated and hard to do. Pack and Send did it all for me, even the packing; I just dumped it on their counter, paid SO much less than DHL were charging, and they did the rest. The goods were delivered in under a week, where NZ Post couldn't get it there in 3 months and gave Covid-19 as the excuse... Pack and Send just got on with the job and got it done!
