We were looking high and low for a mattress topper to use on our existing foam mattress. We found out that there was a Para Rubber in Te Rapa. We were served by the most patient young man who was very helpful. Its always pleasant to be treated well when visiting a store of any kind. He was awesome!

Absolutely brillant service by Julie & Donna at Para rubber Store in Hamilton today. They took extra time to cut my customer drawn foam pieces (there were lots), did an absolutely accurate job. I recently went into the store in hamilton and got some foam cut by Catherine I gave her the dimensions in which to cut and I didn't notice until I went home that they were not right, I had spent alot of money as the foam is definitely not cheap, I went back in store a couple of days later as I'm not local and was served by the other 2 ladies I think this was a Tues or maybe wed, they were able to help me out and recut the foam for me without any more hassles
