Bought heavy items which were being delivered by Transvans. I received an email notification when the items had been picked up from the supplier and was kept informed via text and email all the way until divety had been made. I was even given the contact number of the driver that I could stay in touch with. In the morning of the delivery day, I was sent a text and an email with a time frame as to when the delivery would take place. I was sent a text an hour before delivery and was in contact with their driver who was kind enough to respond to my messages. I was told my delivery was 11 minutes away via text. When the delivery arrived, there were 2 very helpful gentleman who carried the heavy cartons into the house and laid them out where we wanted them. Thank you all for a fantastic experience. You and your staff did an awesome job in this trying environment. You need to commended for your attitude towards customer service, handling of the items and customers being kept informed at every stage. Will most definitely be recommending your services to everyone I know. Thank you.

Very prompt and punctual delivery! The text message updates on when my parcel was due to arrive were excellent plus the 2 young fullas who delivered my garden shed were very polite and well mannered. Would highly recommend your company to all A++

These guys are sooooo good! Definitely giving other delivery brands a run for their money. They give you really accurate timings for deliveries, a portal to add delivery notes, and the delivery driver (Joel) was super friendly and helpful helping me get my bulky item to my door. You get multiple text updates; first to tell you what day, then an update for a general time frame, then a last one to give you an actual ETA. Further to this, their terms and conditions are extremely clear so you know exactly what you're getting. I highly recommend these guys. Legends!

Seamless transparent delivery of my 3 oversize parcels. Arrived at my doorstep after prior text confirmation, called when arrived onsite as instructed and happily carried items inside exactly where I asked without assistance. Thank you Ritesh.

These guys were really good, on time and so good with updates and their tracking links were very informative. The driver (Jake) who actually came and delivered our items home was really kind and down to earth. You could tell these guys were hard workers genuinely just trying to do their best. Reliable and had no issues with these guys at all.

Best delivery service I have experienced. The best communication I have ever had with a delivery. They called to check I would be home the day before delivery, txt to let me know what time to expect delivery and even provided the drivers number. Txt 15 minutes before arriving so I could meet them (they arrived exactly on time) to top it off they carried my very large boxes to my back deck for me. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Excellent and friendly communication and service. I was emailed a few days before my parcel was due with detailed information such as the ETA of my parcel, drivers name and contact number. I was able to communicate with driver who made sure to deliver before closing of business hours that day. Driver Jake was the man getting my parcel to me on time as promised. Lots of communication telling me which day they were coming, then which hours to expect them , then exact time they would arrive. They were very helpful in placing large item into garage for me. Best courier service I've ever had.

As a recipient, I found Transfervans service to be exceptional. In particular, their communication by email and text was outstanding. In the end they were able to give me 20 minutes notice of the time my delivery would arrive and the van arrived exactly on time - to the minute. Saved the hassle I have normally experienced with furniture deliveries. As a grizzly old 'boomer', I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was impressed with how Transfervans used technology to keep me totally up to speed with when to expect my order. First an email that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Then on Tuesday morning, a text to expect it between 12 and 6. Then later that afternoon, another text to say that it would be arriving shortly - and so it did! Nice and easy to plan my day. Everything was very smooth and the delivery driver was friendly and helpful. Can’t ask for better than that!

Just recently had the pleasure of dealing with Transfervans for a large delivery from a furniture store. Have to say that it was one of the best experiences I have had with a courier company. The drivers were courteous, on time, and followed instructions which, on its own, is fantastic. But what got me was the level of communication throughout the whole process. It was phenomenal! I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way and was provided with the driver's name and contact details should I have needed to get in touch. Andrew and colleague were really friendly, quick, careful and efficient. Communication was great so although they were later than they expected (but still well within the allotted time slot) due to bad traffic I was able to plan my morning regardless. It is only company who delivered my item without damage and in timeline. Busy?! Yes. But they keen to keep customer service up high level. I have got numerous problem situation with Courier Post, who never care about customers at all and never get it touch. I was surprise how good Transfervans are. I wish them all the best and in one day replace Courier Post forever.

Transfervan delivered a consignment to my home and kept me informed throughout the process (over the coursevof five days) - via email, texts and phone. On the day, they texted me the driver's name - creating a feeling that they are a company that values the individual within the team. I haven't dealt with a courier company that is this good. They are easy to contact, I rung the contact number online before opening hours and still was able to talk to a representative about changing my delivery time. Through out the day they text with updated information, delivery times, delivery drivers contact number and name. Very efficient, great communication. Couldn't fault their service at all. Very reliable.

if you are looking for a company to help you or deliver stuff then transfervans is a great choice . i made booking for a house move on a Thursday . by Thursday afternoon i had a driver with helper all set up for the next day . the driver and his helper were both professional , friendly and approachable , they were also extremely careful with the items that needed moving including white ware 10/10 . Transfervans customer service was outstanding , i got a txt asking me to check my emails or ring them as they had emailed me and tried ringing me { i very rarely answer calls from numbers that i don't know so the fact that they txt me 10/10 } so that they could check all the info that i had given them so that they could make sure that the pickup and drop off address was right as well as get the right driver for my needs as well as give me a total final price on the whole move , they also explained how transfervans work in a way that made sure that i knew what was going on through out the whole process of my booking 10/10 .The final price was not an hourly rate { which can in some cases cause the movers to work slower so that they can make more cash } but a total price all inclusive 10/10 . All in all my dealings with Transfervans was pleasant and stress free

All went well - great communication, friendly delivery guy - until the furniture was delivered and I noticed damage to two pieces of furniture. However, after filling in an official complaint form and sending through the photos, I was contacted by Transfervans and I received a full refund of the removal costs. They handled the dispute very professionally and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Great service. I had forgotten to mention some items when I originally booked the service. The driver was more than happy to accommodate the extra items with no worries. Very quick, driver arrived early too. Happy to recommend especially for those smaller jobs.

Quick and easy. Used them to pick up a large piece of furniture from a trade me purchase. Booking was easy, they communicated well and often, guys turned up exactly when they said they would, goods were delivered 20 minutes later and guys were friendly. Was easy and quick.

Fast delivery. Kept me updated through email up until delivery and above all since no one was at home to collect the package, they were thoughtful enough to place it at the back of the house which is safer for us. Highly recommend.

What a brilliant services. I was really surprised when I received my first notification, completely unexpected. So used to being in the dark as to when things would arrive. We have an apartment in Auckland however we live in Rarotonga. We contacted Transfervans via Email to move a very large heavy couch and they response straight away. Ata and his nephew Paul did a fantastic job!!! They were polite, courteous and professional. They were clear in explaining how they planned to do the moving such as which furniture, appliance and boxes they would move first and why. This was important so that we were made aware of how long the job might take and if we would need to extend their hours. However, because of their efficiency, they managed to move our stuff in time without needing for us to extend. That showed concern and professionalism on their part. I would definitely recommend them specifically to others who might need their services!!! Kudos to these gentlemen and thanks for helping us move!

I bought a bed onTrade Me but didn’t get the address from the seller until the night before I was supposed to collect it. As a result I was left trying to arrange a van on Sat morning to collect a double bed on that same day. Oh, and did I mention this was Sat 23rd December!? A friend of mine recommended these guys so I checked them out. In less than 30 mins I had booked a van and the driver called me to confirm that they would be collecting it in an hour. Within a couple of hours the bed was being dropped off at my house from the sellers house which was located a good 30 mins driving distance from where I lived. In total it was about 2 hours from the time I clicked onto their website to the time the bed was being carried into my house. And all this at the last minute 2 days before Christmas. I can safely say I am very very happy 😄

these guys are just great such amazing communication and updates and even ended up delivering after 5pm which is pretty rare for most deliveries and couriers

Transfervans offers great service. They call you approx 1 hour prior to their arrival. If the driver(s) would be a bit more precise about their real arrival resp. delivery time, this would even make it more convenient to the customer.
