C.Good service I was tracking my parcel.
A.Great help to receive my parcels there was a minor issue and they were able to fix it. The only issue was to do with tracking as you cant find were you parcel is. The staff were friendly and willing to help me and answer my questions (had a lot of questions). They are way better then New Zealand post /courier post. There customer service is better and they are willing to work with you to recive your parcel. In my opinion they are the best courier in new Zealand.

Had a signature required package which they made me sign for. Thats a good thing.
I get brassed off with couriers who are supposed to get signatures on deliveries but dont and they just stuff off and leave it at the door.
This was not the case with NZ Couriers however. Much appreciated.
