Any time I use DeliveryEasy I have never had any issues, I always get my food in the appropriate amount of time and I receive a late text if it’s going to be late. If I’m ever missing any items the customer service team always finds a way to resolve the issue. Would recommend DeliveryEasy over any other food delivery company.

We have never had a bad experience with Delivereasy, drivers are polite always, and friendly most of the time, when they're not flat out. Great service and always the same delivery fee whether it's coming from around the road, or all the way across town. Definitely recommend!!!

Wonderful service especially for towns that don’t have Uber eats. Nelson and Blenheim are serviced by excellent drivers who deliver on time and provide great service.

We have used deliver easy quite a few times and have had excellent service, one time we did get our meal a little late not that we even noticed and received a email from deliver easy apologising for the late delivery and followed up with the next delivery free which we used and was easy to redeem, highly recommend using deliver easy you don’t mind paying extra for really good service all drivers have been polite and courteous as well.

Level 4 Lockdown or No Transport Delivereasy got you covered... Alcohol or drinks during lockdown.. Ordered & delivered within 30mins Delivery person was absolutely amazing too. Whanganui!! PRICES WERE AVERAGE, delivered to your door in level 4 lockdown you can't complain... Only request would be for a little bit more of a range in regards to RTD's

Delivereasy as bro! This is my first experience using Delivereasy Tauranga, and I like a lot!!! Ordered dinner from Bamboo eatery Mount Maunganui was totally here on time ( we live about 12-15 minuets from the Mt on a good day otherwise it’s a good 20-30 minuets) so was impressed but this is meddle of the week on Friday- Sunday could be a different story, with all that said great dinner without the stress of driving to get! Thanks Delivereasy for coming to Tauranga!

ive ordered deliveryeasy in the past before. I'm currently waiting for my order which i placed at 7.06... the most info i have on the tracking page is that my order is confirmed im a bit upset with how yous have set it up. it doesnt say wether or not a driver is assigned or if my order is just gonna be made to sit there... I will update my review after i receive my order tonight.

Ordered some drinks as we are in isolation, had them delivered in under 30 mins ice cold. Free delivery was a bonus.

Great customer service - when I had an issue with packaging they sorted it with the restaurant and the next time I received my order it was packaged perfectly. Their delivery driver was also super friendly.

One of my items was missing in my order, but it is understandable that these things happen! I was fortunate enough to deal with a customer rep who sorted this out very quickly, this person was kind and understanding of my situation! I was refunded the next day and was dealt with in a professional manner. I will continue to use this excellent service!

Delivereasy Auckland is brilliant. I use them a lot. Their drivers are polite and efficient. They never have trouble finding my place, the unlike Uber Eats drivers. The customer service is very good, with texts or calls if the order is running late. If the restaurant stuffs up it's really easy to get through to their Customer Services and talk to a human who is very helpful and understands what you're talking about. It would be fab if they added more restaurants in Auckland. Highly recommended.

Always on time. Customer service goes above and beyond as well. Only issue is that during one order, what was advertised both price and items were incorrect resulting in us getting billed full price for a Large only to get a Medium at a Large price. It was advised Delivereasy have control over this issue and they were informed of the mistake. Unfortunately,this mistake has not been updated on their website.

I have not always had the best delivery experience. But their customer service team that deals with all my complaints about late orders or not getting the right food is great. Tonight I received exceptional service as a lovely wahine who is canadian followed the delivery instructions without having to ring me & delivered my food. At least 95% of all the people who deliver my food never read the delivery instructions so get lost or deliver the food to the wrong apartment then have to go get the food to bring it to me. I live in an apartment complex that has three buildings but my instructions are very detailed but the drivers never read them properly most of the time. But today this female canadian wahine read & followed the delivery instructions & delivered my yummy food from Mexico here in Hamilton. I didn't have any cash to give her a tip but I gave her a mars chocolate bar lol. Thanks Deliver Easy for hiring a competent delivery driver!! 🙂 Maybe it's because all my delivery drivers have been men & women are just smarter lol.

I'm sitting here now @ 1.50 waiting for an order that was suppose to arrive between 1.10 & 1.20! Last two orders I have used delivereasy arrived cold! Have been using pizza hut as always piping hot! Very disappointing as I'm expecting my McDonald's to be cold! Got a phone call & redoing order told about half an hour now 2.50 & still waiting! Teenagers getting angry! Now 3.20 and no lunch! Originally 1 star but increased to 3 as i got a full refund & $50 voucher. Reordered and arrived in time frame. Thank you for fixing.

Have used delivereasy Dunedin many times, yes there have been a few hiccups and sometimes the driver is running late but we are ALWAYS informed by the driver about what is going on. If something is missing from our meal we contact delivereasy and get refunded pretty much straight away. :)

I've used them twice so far. My second order was a little late, and although I didn't complain, they reached out to me to offer an apology and gave me free delivery for next time. It is very rare to encounter this level of customer service nowadays, it made me feel like they really care. They offer a range of restaurants to order from so I will definitely keep using them.

I use this company all the time!! Friendly drivers, and they have my favourite restaurants 😄 Only issues I've had was a bit of lateness once, but they texted me to let me know, and people on the phone are so helpful! Would definitely recommend!!

Hour-long wait for a 10-minute drive takeaway order. Last few times I ordered was the same, sandwich/salad I ordered arrived cold and soggy mess :( I don’t think I’ll be the last 1-star review but I hope you guys can sort something out for your customers. 3 stars for the nice drivers and customer service phone guy.

Ok...., got the wrong meal delivered. All good. Called the number supplied, spoke to lovely guy called Elliot. He said hed check it out and get back to me - which he did within 5 minutes! Got the correct meal being delivered in the next 15 minutes...and we get to keep the other meal (which was "average" btw)... Great service DeliverEasy!!!

I've used them several times now and the quality of service has been mixed. Delivery had been late by over 20 mins at least 3 times. Only one text notification delivery will be late & delivery lady driver apologised plus a free delivery coupon for next order was given, on the other 2 late deliveries, no text notifications & both delivery guys didn't bother apologising for the lateness at all. On 2 separate occasions, food were spilled in bag, resto staff didn't close lids well & driver didn't double check. From experience, the delivery ladies are much nicer, friendlier and polite. We've switched to UberEats as delivery fee is cheaper service is more consistent.

It's great if you want food early morning since for some reason Uber Eats in Hawkes Bay never has drivers between 8 to 10am.

Driver didn't follow instructions on receipt. Food was a mess when opened like it was just chucked in the car. Let's hope it tastes good.

Very good customer service from delivereasy. I was ordered a meal from McDonald and missed items by McDonald. I phoned McDonald but they said I have to contact delivereasy to sort it out. Then I phoned delivereasy and they sort the problem out for me and very polite. I would say they do have a very good customer service.

I order from Delivereasy all the time and they are consistently outstanding! When I made a silly mistake with my address, the delivery guy was very understanding and went above and beyond to deliver my order. On top of that the selection is excellent; they've always got the answer to whatever meal I'm craving. Keep up the great work guys! 👍

Delivereasy is easy! Online ordering a breeze, delivery arrived within the 15 minute time frame, driver was very polite and easily identified by a fluro Delivereasy sweatshirt. Only issue is we never received a confirmation email despite the address given being the correct one. Will order through them again.
