B.Great service. All the necessary enquiries were done for me by Tina so that my parcel would get through all the different customs en route. Price quoted beforehand for the size of my parcel. Staff at the depot were all very helpful even though they don't all work with international parcels. Helped me squeeze it into the postage packet. Price quoted very reasonable, am very satisfied. Would recommend to anyone.

Ensuring safe and complete delivery of multiple often fragile and poorly packed goods is a really tricky task but Toby and Hannah's team make it look easy where othe companies fail miserably. If I need him to wait a couple of minutes, he will, and if I call for a pick up that isn't actually meant to be a same day pick up, he gives me a bit of cheek while also teaching me, he always has a smile on his face.
