J.I'm surprised to see the negative feedback on here as I have items coming from USA often and usually have it at my door in less than a week, from Auckland next day. But with some of the other companies parcels can take 2 to 3 weeks from the south island or even had 6 days for PBT to get an item from one side of the city to the other.
P.We send packages through Aramax regularly. We find the service to be outstanding, always picked up same day and delivery is so fast. Our courier driver Hana is awesome, she helped us set up the online courier booking service which is excellent. Couldn't recommend a courier company more, the absolute best around.

J.I have been using Aramex since I bought The Bethlehem Health Shop a year ago and have always had great service from them. They were very accommodating over lockdown. Nothing is too much trouble for Debbie (099) who often calls on us many times a day.
D.We have been using Fastway / now Aramex to deliver the bulk of our business parcels for about 8 months. During that time our parcels have been delivered in a timely manner with only 1 parcel getting lost which query they swiftly respond too and ended up covering the cost of the product and the sale. I was a bit disappointed with no depot address on the card the courier left, short opening hours on Saturday and nowhere on the website to indicate we can pick up from depot. But other than that we're happy.
