I dealt with Tim in Napier this time and just like the Christchurch branch his customer service is top notch. Tim offered me multiple options and suggested ways to get the price lower which is always one of the top priorities.

l.Once again, I'm really impressed by the great speed that my parcel (the 3rd one) was delivered. It needed only 5 days (Thursday->Monday) to travel from NZ to Europe! Tim Johnston, the manager at Napier Branch was very friendly, but also highly professional and quick to response. I thoroughly enjoyed doing my business with him and won't hesitant to approach him again. I certainly recommend Pack&Send to everyone, especially if you need to deliver your parcel quickly and abroad.

A.Nothing against NZ Post but for shipping a document containing identification to the UK PACK & SEND NAPIER CITY was $20 cheaper, with free plastic envelope and less paperwork because they allow you to email them the address info, then they print the form and you just sign. Tim Johnston is really helpful (but so are the folks at NZ Post).

R.We called in to the store on a Saturday with two large packed boxes and five pieces of art work of various sizes. Even though we were leaving NZ three days later Carlene could not have been more helpful, professional and empathetic in her dealings with us. Carlene explained in detail the process from drop off at the store to delivery at final destination. Our boxes and art works arrived three days after our return home. I am astounded at the absolute expertise in the way the art work was wrapped and packed! Every item in each of the large boxes and all art work arrived as it left. I cannot recommend Carlene, her team and Pack and Send Napier highly enough and would not hesitate to use their services again.
