D. M.Bit of a mixed review.
5 Stars for initial contact and driver pick up, however when enquiring whether the vehicle was still on schedule as it hadn't turned up at workshop, was informed it would be a week late due to lack of drivers and the vehicle was bigger than expected (measurements and description given prior to being given quote).
Given this was only Blenheim to Kaiapoi and at no stage was this ever communicated, rating dropped to 0.
After speaking to Admin who was very professional in her approach to the issue even with an irate customer on the phone, back to 2 stars.
After another email to the Admin, was given the opportunity to keep booking and reschedule the date, which I accepted.
4 stars due to the fact that although later than originally agreed the effort was made to put things right, which they did.
