T.Big respect to the customer service team at Aramex Palmy, had to call to follow up some parcels for customers. Was promptly helped which is very much appreciated.
Hoping that those who complain about their packages taking ages to arrive realise it's the most chaotic time for postal services. Give them the respect and patience they deserve.

Always on time. Never miss a parcel. Very impressed with pacel preservation. I never get turned away or treated with anything less than professionalism.
Cory always has great things to say. He always has a positive attitude with great energy. I throughly enjoy his visits for collection. And finally, with many couriers I have come in contact with. Never have I ever witnessed such a great team.
I would highly recommend them to anyone as my preferred Courier Service Provider.

He takes good care of the packages and is fast when it come to picking up & delivering. Also is friendly and helpful.
K.We use Fastways daily - pickup and delivery for over 4 years. Customers have their packages in speedy time 24 - 48 hrs dependent on their location. Drivers are efficient and careful with parcels. Never had a problem! They deliver a great service which aids my business.
O.Nothing but AWESOME!! Tahu is fantastic. Everyday he comes in smiling rain, hail or shine. He is very prompt at collecting our parcels - i swear he is here within 10minutes max of sending a collection message and we are a 7minute drive from town. Never had any issues, keep up the awesome work ( give the man a raise, he deserves it )
L.A bit dissatisfied , they delivered my parcel to a wrong address then lost it, staff tied to help, only giving three star as they lost my parcel.
M.delivery was one week overdue and damaged, I refused to pay and we had to refund our client $60 for damaged product. They cancelled our account, refusing to take ownership of their own mistake. We spoke and sorted it out turns out there was miscommunication on both sides. trading again and they have been performing well thank you.

n.The office staff here are very customer oriented and helpful and our courier driver Tahu is the best! We switched to Fastways several months ago after "Cant-ierPost" dropped their non-sig service and we've been wondering why we didnt switch sooner!
c.We are pleased to have Wayne as our courier driver. He is always pleasant, happy and a credit to your company, even though he is colour blind and never has matching sox!!!!
S.New owner is awesome, the rest of the staff are great too! I gave up on fastways a few years ago but the new crew in Palmerston North have brought the place back to life, they are helpful and efficient and have won my business back. Keep up the great work guys!
I.Tahu has been delivering to us for quite some time now is always helpful and very friendly, never had any issues with pick up or delivery of our items.
b.If your thinking about using a courier company, make sure you never ever use PBT.
Fastways are ussually reliable with there only being a delay in Wellington cbd, sometimes.
Courier post are ok, but not as good as fastways.
I've never used any others.
p.We use these guys the most as they are friendly and do not damage goodies. Fastway are close to our businesses so can easily drop off. Very friendly and responsive staff.

A.Very helpful friendly staff unlike newzealnd posts these guys no how to do their job and go out their way help you with anything related to couriers even if pascal is not under them they find out whats happened because NZ courier post can't do their job.
