C.Lady serving me was near the end of her shift, and made it obvious she did not care. Failed to listen to the actual issue. Literally turned her back and walked away across the room (to her computer - still impolite) as I explained my request. No resolution was found.
Thankfully, other staff members took their time out to do her job.
J.Better than the post shop in city, fast and patient staff there.
