I feel that Dave goes the extra mile twice now when something is heavy he has offered to lift it inside which is awesome!

P.I have posted 100’s and 100’s of Fertile Eggs across New Zealand over the last 12 months and to date I’ve had 1 cracked egg in total. Amazing care taken with all packages . From Palmy to down south & up to Auckland. Cheers to everyone that works at Courier Post. :)

l.Found it good efficiently got my parcel when went. But missed delivery on Friday at home so went to get if but man still out delivering. So went in the Saturday when meant to be open until 12. Got their about 5 -10 minutes before closing time there was no one there cars saw one. No one came to door. Bit asked off so had to go home and go back mnday.

S.Poor service. I was awaiting for passport in my house. The post man just dropped a slip Infront of my house stating to collect the parcel from office since we are not there. He didn't even knock the door. If there rain or wind, i may miss the slip which is mandatory to submit while collection. Poor professionalism and i paid huge amount to deliver the parcel at home.
W.Courier Post has proven time and time again that they’re New Zealand’s leader when it comes to courier services. I have never had an issue with their brilliant services, my items are always picked up on the day, and delivered within 48 hours no matter where they’re going in the country! Always friendly service from both the local couriers and the depot staff. Would recommend them to all, as they’re the winning team!
C.Fairly easy to get in and out of. Friendly helpful staff. No full post shop at this site anymore.
M.I have had a bad experience but after a call from my local driver and a good conversation it is back to 5 stars.
C.Not a fan of Courier Post, but I am a fan of Kev in Palmy - would be 10 stars, if possible. We get a lot of deliveries via Courier Post, and more recently have started to use Courier Post via ParcelPort for sending items - swapping companies after screw arounds with multiple other outlets. Got to know Kev as our early morning drop off person, and kindly lets me contact him directly in the case items aren't collected by late arvo (Courier Post turn up for pickups... usually 24 hours after you book them...). What a godsend! Kev - you're ace. I hope the powers that be see this and give you a pay rise/a decent bottle of something you fancy/the holiday leave you deserve/preferably all of the above :D
