Excellent experience working with Ngaire and Damon to ship two E-bikes within NZ and a large suitcase back to the USA. They are warm and friendly and super efficient. Completely helpful with my paperwork (bureaucrats need paper in the 21st Century!). Highly recommended!

We had an old copper lustre jug ridiculously important to our family that I really couldn't afford to get broken, but wanted to send to Sydney as a wedding gift, plus some cutlery and jewellery. Pack and Send are amazing. Last Tuesday I sent a old pub mirror to London along with a number of other birthday gifts and even in spite of Auckland being in Level 3, the parcel arrived in London on Monday 22 February (the actual birthday!). The mirror was intact which is a miracle given that the parcel went from PN to Auckland to Sydney to Singapore to Germany (about three different locations) arriving in Luton then on to Heathrow and final delivery in London. Was expensive but totally worth it.

This is far and a way the best customer service I have ever experienced; Damon and Ngaire took a personal interest and a shared accountability for the recovery of an art work sent to America. It was a long and tedious process frought with bureacratic red tape, incompetance and recalcitrance by sub contracted companies. Had tried NZPOST for shipping a large package from Palmerston North to London for my partners Christmas present. They would not provide any substantive customs processing or accept a customs declaration for multiple goods, nor would they provide any sufficient tracking and had extended time for delivery. Ngaire and Damon were exceptional. Extremely helpful and well resourced - friendly and understanding. They took incredible care in their customer service and made sending an international package super easy. My package departed New Zealand and arrived in London 3 days later so absolutely fantastic on delivery time-frames and everything arrived as originally sighted.
