Sanjit 097 goes out of his way to make sure our fresh flowers are delivered first thing in the morning for our floral business. He is always friendly and helpful and the flower boxes arrive safely. We have to pick up orders directly from opposition courier depot as they usually arrive damaged and dead after driving around in a van all day so we really appreciate the effort that Sanjit goes to. The ladies in the office are also super helpful.

Our Courier, Waka, is awesome. He keeps us informed if there is ever a need to change pick up times; he calls in to check if there is a pickup just in case we forgot to call to request one. He is friendly, professional and courteous. Top notch service from Waka :)

Heart sunk when I saw the courier for my Trade Me parcel, as they think rural north Auckland is in Whangarei. BUT all went smoothly, inquiry was answered promptly by Aramex, and only hiccup was NZ Rural Post for the last stage who are seemingly unable to update their own tracking. Glad to see Aramex have managed to rise above previous failings.

These guys work along side our business to make sure we are on top of our logistics the whole time. Our delivery guy, Waka, has a 6th sense whenever we have packages to go out and appears out of thin air - we're pretty sure he's a genie or has the place bugged - either way, we're happy!

Arranging a pick up is super easy, automated phone number, press 1 for a pick up and type in our PIN. Sanjit Singh (097) our regular driver is always happy, he knows our business and nothing is too much trouble. Paulette in the office is awesome! Arranging freight forwards with her is easy and we know she will arrange everything swiftly to get the job done :) Overall great service. No complaints

This is the 2nd time in a row that it takes 4 days to get a package from Christchurch to Rotorua. Other experiences have been broadly similar. Tracking does not represent where the package is. Now that we have laws about false advertising I understand why they changed their name from Fastway.

Sanjit goes out of his way to make sure our flower boxes arrive on early delivery. With other couriers we have to collect from the depot ourselves as can't risk them driving around with our flowers all day and arriving dead. The two ladies at the Rotorua branch were AMAZING, thank you. Unfortunately we paid for overnight delivery which took 5 days from pick up. Yes it was over the weekend but we had to pick it up from the debot or it would have been at least 6 days.
