This business is very much a can-do company! Right from the get-go in less than an hour William Wallace responded to my form submission on the company website regarding forwarding an RC part available only in NZ onward to the US. He quoted the price and gave me the necessary details in his initial response to immediately begin to get the ball rolling with having a package forwarded. Once my NZ order was delivered to his forwarding company he diligently got right to work to send my order on its way. While keeping me well updated of the status of his service for me he unexpectedly even provided images of my ordered product and it wrapped and ready for reshipping. Despite the current struggles with the ongoing pandemic, thanks to William Wallace's excellent, professional service my package got to me as quick as it could! Top-notch! This is the best experience I have had with shipping an item out of country. Will is professional and helped me with the process every step of the way. He helped me understand what each of the service options meant and what I did and did not need. He also explained the difference between the shipping methods. I couldn't rate William's service any higher!! He was absolutely fabulous, going above and beyond what I would expect from a forwarding service. When I first requested a quote, he alerted me to the fact that NZ's stage 4 Covid-19 restrictions would affect the retail store being allowed to ship the item, thus affording me choice to continue or not. I decided to go ahead despite the wait, and William later notified me of changes to the restrictions meaning that my item should be considered an essential item and could be posted, he prompted me to email the store to request it be sent ASAP. Once he received it, he checked my parcel and forwarded it quickly. It arrived well packaged and in great condition. It ended up weighing more than anticipated and generously absorbed the difference. Thank you William!! All your emails felt like I was corresponding with a mate and your service was impeccable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact you again if I need other things forwarded from NZ to Australia, and highly recommend you to others.
