From the start, they were very helpful. Roger responded quickly to requests and guided us throughout the process. Nothing was too much for the team. The price charged was good and within our budget. Transport and delivery was very efficient and great to be able to track the boxes to their safe arrival. A huge thank you for their prompt and professional service, including door to door. Would use them again if needed and also highly recommend them.

Thanks, I would have put 4.5 stars if I could as you did an excellent job in packaging and sending work from Wellington to Christchurch. It got there in one piece and client was very happy. The only 3 things I would have changed is more secure transportation of work before being packaged on your premises, knowing that the price I quoted for artwork would be considered in overall price (as material costs aren't the same as value of work after many years as artist), and knowing from the offset it would be shipped via mainfreight. Otherwise very happy customer 😊

We used Pack and Send (Thornton Quay) to send about 12 kilograms of historic paper files from our Parish Church to the Church National Archives in Christchurch. The staff were most helpful both on the phone and at the office with packaging and records. The box of files was quickly and efficiently delivered to its destination - and with good communication.

I initially rang Pack & Send in Thorndon from Brisbane to find out more about their services.
