From the start, they were very helpful. Roger responded quickly to requests and guided us throughout the process. Nothing was too much for the team. The price charged was good and within our budget. Transport and delivery was very efficient and great to be able to track the boxes to their safe arrival. A huge thank you for their prompt and professional service, including door to door. Would use them again if needed and also highly recommend them.

Thanks, I would have put 4.5 stars if I could as you did an excellent job in packaging and sending work from Wellington to Christchurch. It got there in one piece and client was very happy. The only 3 things I would have changed is more secure transportation of work before being packaged on your premises, knowing that the price I quoted for artwork would be considered in overall price (as material costs aren't the same as value of work after many years as artist), and knowing from the offset it would be shipped via mainfreight. Otherwise very happy customer 😊

Had an excellent experience - moving a family heirloom dining room table and chairs from Wellington to Timaru - picked up from Great Aunts house - expertly packed and sent to Timaru - wonderfully packed - thanks to Roger and his team the dining room table now has a new home.

My sincere thanks to Dahlia and the team at Pack & Send. I had a very special ANZAC Day gift for my Vietnam Veteran stepfather to be sent, and it was packaged superbly and arrived the following day. The service they provided was top-notch, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used Pack and Send (Thornton Quay) to send about 12 kilograms of historic paper files from our Parish Church to the Church National Archives in Christchurch. The staff were most helpful both on the phone and at the office with packaging and records. The box of files was quickly and efficiently delivered to its destination - and with good communication.

Living in Brisbane I had to visit Wellington to arrange for household effects including furniture, books and fragile items to be transported to both Brisbane and Melbourne. I initially rang Pack & Send in Thorndon from Brisbane to find out more about their services. From the very start Roger was exceptionally helpful which gave me confidence to use them when I arrived in Wellington. I had a very short time frame to organise things when I got to Wellington and couldn't be happier with the service Pack & Send provided. All items have arrived safe and sound and I can thoroughly recommend this branch if you need items sent overseas.

These guys packed and sent a computer for me that I bought on TradeMe. Arrived the next day, ahead of their proposed schedule. Excellent work guys (and substantially cheaper than the other Pack and Send branch in Wellington).

Fantastic service. I use this office often to pick up documents on my behalf for work. The pickups are always on time, as is the delivery. Communication from this office is fantastic, and I am never left wondering about where my documents are located.
