Incredible, high quality service from beginning to end. They organised everything, all I had to do was pick it up at my door in Switzerland. The delivery was unbelievably quick, I didn’t expect it to arrive in 5 working days from literally the other side of the globe. The team are easy to contact, responding quickly and professionally. The cost was so worth it and fair. There was no hassle, everything was clear and I was very impressed by the packaging! I could tell my gear was handled with care and respect. The whole experience was enjoyable for me, which eased the stress of trying to bring it over myself. Highly recommended! Thanks team.

He provides excellent customer service but very down to earth and genuine at the same time. Computer was packed extremely well as was monitor. Arrived in Australia safe and sound. The service was excellent. Once I confirmed the pick up address the luggage was collected and sent to me instantly. Received it in a week - all the way from New Zealand to Lithuania! Didn't even expect it that fast. Thank you so much :)

I hadn’t used Pack & Send, Wellington City before. I was looking for safe and efficient sending of a treasured Family Bible to London from Wellington. And definitely found it with Peter and his team! I used Pack & Send to ship a care package to my daughter in Beijing, about 6 years ago. They provided excellent service. I recently used them again to deliver a document to Brisbane and the delivery was made on time. I recommend Pack & Send for their friendly staff, professional manner, affordable and fast service. They are my courier of choice!

Excellent customer service, and a great service overall; I was quite not looking forward to having to ship a rather inconveniently proportioned item but they handled it all for me. Price was very reasonable, delivery was slightly longer than expected but plenty quick enough, and overall am very happy. I would probably recommend people get insurance on their shipments as you never know who gets contracted in the process, but I didn't personally have any issues.

Initially, I was a little afraid after reading the earlier review so I went down to have a chat with Peter and to understand his business. I then sent a suitcase overseas and it reached its destination. After the successful 'test case', my confidence grew and I sent another 3 large suitcase sized packages and they've all arrived at the time of writing. I had no problems at all with arranging the delivery with another partner courier to get my items when it landed overseas. Peter is a good down to earth bloke and very honest with his dealings. No issue with recommending him to whoever is thinking of sending their items. Thanks for the good work!

The service was excellent and very convenient. My two packages arrived in Dunedin promptly and safely. I also felt the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Pack & Send again.

Excellent packaging services by Peter. We had two large size heavy instruments to be packed and shipped by air and by ocean freight. (200 Kg+). Professional and reliable and would not hesitate to use their services again.

The staff were very helpful friendly and offered good ideas that brought my courier fee down significantly. I was sending a A2 glass framed picture, and they took care of all the packing as well as sending. In comparison Courier Post was much less helpful.

I sent a large painting to young friends in Copenhagen, Denmark. The framed watercolour included glass in the frame and was clearly fragile, requiring excellent protection and wrapping. Pack & Send did a very professional job! The work was delivered safely, without damage to my friends in Copenahagen within the fortnight, I was advised it might take. Well done; many thanks.

Edited: the team did their best to get the package to the right place in the end. Original: Nice enough but messed up sending my export form through and also got the town completely wrong. They also claim that their excess baggage is cheaper than the airlines but you should get a quote to be sure.

Don't look anywhere else, these guys are great! Communication was excellent, they organised all the pickup details with the Trade me seller, packed (really well) and had the table to me really quickly.Very impressed!

Lost my phone in Wellington, NZ. It was turned into the local police. They recommend using Pack & Send to pick it up, prepare and ship it back to me in Portland, Orgon USA. Easy to work with and quickly sent it to me. I'd highly recommend them.

Great service, so speedy and my granddaughter was over the moon with her package. I didn't receive a tracking number but that's not important. I think it was sent overnight express instead of road because of the cost.
