M.We have been attending the ballet school for two years with our two daughters. Sara has a great bond with the girls and is able to get the best out of them with making the ballet fun and enjoyable for them. The shows are always a highlight with costumes and performing on stage.
L.Our children love their experience going to their dance explorers classes with Sara Anderson. She has an impressive way to encourage all of the children to listen and follow along, even if trying something new. We were so delighted to watch our girls perform in the end of term show with such confidence and joy they had in being part of it. Highly recommend!

R.Kia ora, I'm super stoked to leave a comment about the quality of dance education and the magic welcome we have received at Sara Anderson School of Dance. I have brought along my 13 year old daughter and 10 year old son, both of whom have no history of dance or dance lessons. They have been warmly included from the very first moments of the first trial class. We bike a tremendous distance to class and frequently stumble in disheveled. Again, we are graciously welcomed, not an eye lid batted, and they work solidly, with joyous exuberance, the entire duration of the contemporary dance class. I feel like I've struck gold for my children entering Miss Meri's class and Miss Sara's dance school. S.My daughter is definitely NOT a girly-girl and I don't consider myself to be a "dance mum" so I was a bit nervous when she decided she wanted to learn musical theatre and contemporary dance at the Sara Anderson School of Dance.
To my surprise and delight, she has continued learning to dance here for over two years and she is improving in grace, strength and physicality, but more important than that she just loves going to classes.
And I feel welcome too! Definitely no pretentions here at this excellent dance school. I highly recommend it.
M.I've been attending adult ballet classes for a couple of years now and really enjoy it. A great way to keep challenging mind and body. Great fun with a really good bunch of people. Suits varying abilities so would recommend giving it a go!
B.My daughters have attended two of Sara's school holiday programmes and have had a fantastic time. They learnt a bunch of dances, learnt songs and did crafts all to then perform a show at the end of the week. The performances were excellent and best of all it kept the kids busy and active all week. Thanks!
