started in May my first ever pole dance thought I might struggle but Miki made my first ever inversion look like professional. the vibe and the instructors are just all awesome, never have I feel so confident in myself. DON'T BE SHY COME HAVE A GO!!!!! U WILL FELL IN LOVE WITH UR BODY!!

How refreshing to step into an environment where diversity is at the fore front - all ethnicities, bodies (small, big, tall, short - you name it), ages, genders, physical abilities and backgrounds are welcomed. Best of all there's no judgement ! It's a safe space for all to enjoy gaining body confidence and new skills. There are a range of instructors who are professional and talented - having so many instructors enables you to find out who suits your learning style the best, you can mix and match classes with different instructors and pick up on all the tips and tricks they have to offer. It's a win win. I'm so happy Lower Hutt finally has a pole studio ! Free street parking included. What more could you ask for. If your on the fence about giving it a go - get yourself to a beginners class and you won't look back. I haven't!

Love this studio!!! Passionate and friendly instructors. The Garden Pole studio is such a beautiful studio to learn at. It has plenty of plants and sometimes even a quiet dog in the entrance to say hi to. They have a great range of classes to choose from beginner to advanced level. Would highly recommend!

I can’t recommend The Garden Pole enough. Currently one of my favourite places in the world 🤪. The instructors are awesome and the studio is beautiful. Don’t get me started on the pole gear because I swear I buy something new each time I’m there. If you are looking to start pole fitness or find an inclusive studio to try, this is the place for you.

Having a brand new studio out in the Hutt is so convenient! The atmosphere is amazing with the most friendly of instructors and students that Ive come across so far! It’s also a beautiful studio with a great range of classes available for any level!
