E.I went to see the final night of 42nd Street at Centrestage Theatre. The show was amazing! Very well done by the cast, crew, musicians, creative team and directors. The theatre is a nice size; sitting on the end of the back row, I could see every performer's face clearly, and at a good elevation. I'm not sure about the rows close to the front, but the last four or five rows at the back I would consider ideal for people who usually struggle to see over the row in front. I had no problems with seeing at all during the show, and the seats were very comfortable, nicely spaced with plenty of leg room. There are stairs to climb to get into the stalls, and while I wasn't really looking for a ramp, I didn't see one, so this may be something to watch out for if you are mobility impaired. There was a live pianist playing some lively tunes as people walked in, the staff were friendly, the show was fantastic. Overall zero regrets, will definitely watch more shows here!

K.This is a great venue, easy parking, nice foyer, and intimate theatre. I saw Chicago tonight and Urine Town a few months back, both wonderful productions. I highly recommend attending shows here and supporting local productions.
T.Great experience. Seeing the kids talent on site was well worth it. I talk my 2.5 year old and she watched a good 45 minutes without getting fidgety.
R.Excellent theatre and a surprisingly strong theatre troupe. We saw Evita and were very impressed both by the production and talent in what is quite a challenging musical to perform. I would highly recommend and we will definitely return.
L.Enjoyed "Legally Blonde" 27.04.21 - have watched many shows in Australia - very comparable: professional, funny, great adaptation, great singers, great actors/actresses, great sets, great lighting, great music. Will be back, and will recommend to others. Awesome !!!

K.I went with mum yesterday to see The Vicar of Dibley..both of us don't like crowds...there was a big crowd ..on top of that the play would go from 2pm till just before 5!! our plan was to escape at intermission..but we enjoyed it so much we stayed till the end!! The characters were played very well they captured the original casts essence beautifully...and we had a good few laughs throughout..thanks guys well done.

E.Saw a show here ..Rangi and Papa puppet show.Glowing puppets . I sat in between hundreds of 5 and 6 year old kids . The show was great colorful and involved kids too . The only negative aspect was not enough seats for all who booked . All in all I loved it friendly staff at the Centrestage .

C.Great venue, with lots of parking... It would be lovely to have a covered walkway for when it rains (a little bit of creativity required). A good evening had by all.. #Abba was entertaining and highly recommended.
C.A small theatre so every seat has a good view of the stage The seats are tiered so you are not looking into someone's head. There is also alot of leg room so if you are in the middle of the row getting in or out is great. Ample parking and choose to motorway. An easy drive to get there from Auckland City. The local theatre company shows are off a very high standard. Can recommend.
E.We enjoyed the show Evita here on Saturday night, well produced and within music.

E.Our school has done a play here. Nice and compact, it's got enough seats for a hundred or so, and a nice stage and music pit for the band I played in. Support this theatre!

Unfortunately can't say same think about a staff member in her 50 I belive woman angry stopped her for information and asked her nice for a picture. ..never saw that rection in my life slammed her hands and screaming at me. .."Let's do this what are you doing here? "...realy ???
For staff my advice be more friendly becouse you are representing Australia in front of a turist visitor. ..let your anger out in places that you can't hurt people screem in the woods maybe the trees will forgive you.
G.great local theater in Orewa area of auckland nice wine and beer selection at bar, tea and coffee all round at the intervals friendly staff. comfortable seating good acoustic and excellent lighting rigging all in all very good experience

A.Pleasant environment. Well equipped bathroom. One chair on back row (no. 7?) needs replacing. Keep up the high class performances.
