Muriel is incredible at what she does. She's such a creative thinker and has provided me with so much guidance around all of my career goals, regardless of what they were or how often the vision I've had for my life has changed. It's so relieving to have a professional mind break down your dreams and ideas into really digestible and obtainable steps. I'd recommend her service to anyone. After one year working holiday I decided to make Whangarei my new home. Muriel was one of the biggest pillars to make this happen. I saw Muriel at Career Focus while i was in Year 13 at school. I had no idea of what direction I wanted to head in. After spending time with Muriel talking to her about my interests etc she showed me lots of different ideas that ranged from University, Northtec and doing a trade. It was nice not to be pressured into one option. I felt comfortable talking to her about lots pf options and nothing was a problem for her if I wanted to ask a question once I had left. Muriel also had so much information regarding courses and scholarships too which was great to take home and read in my own time. I would highly recommend Muriel for advice for school leavers deciding what path and subjects they need to go on to further education.
