I have been at this place 2 times now for different reasons and both times had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Dr. Lily and Anushka are warm, welcoming and very professional. Both of my dental procedures went extremely smooth with no pain throughout.

I visited on Thursday for a polish and clean and I must say Lily did an AMAZING job on my teeth! I can now smile with complete confidence 😁 I will definitely be back! A warm welcome, friendly staff, and efficient service were what was waiting for me upon arriving at Apex Dental. I didn’t even have an appointment! Dr. Lily corrected my bite in under 6 months using Fast Braces technology. I found the quality of work and the customer service at Apex to be superb - all staff went out of their way to make sure any issues I had were dealt with immediately. Hello! Dr Lily and Anushka were amazing in fixing my iron stains. They further went on to include fillers as they identified gaps in my teeth. I left the clinic with perfection and really appreciate the amazing service and advice rendered to me.

We have been going to Apex Dental for several years.We now live near Cambridge and have tried dentists nearer to where we live, but have not been too happy with the service so now we are back with Apex. We find Lily excellent. She explains what she is going to do, gives us a price and is gentle and careful with her treatment. We would rather travel to her and have confidence knowing she will do a great job.

Update: After leaving this review, I received excellent follow up and apology for a disappointing experience from Apex Dental. Star rating increased to 3. I agree with most of the other 1 or 2 star reviews. The main female dentist had a terrible bedside manner - considering most people (including me) are quite nervous when visiting a dentist office, this was not good! The receptionist/dental hygienist was very friendly - I wish that she was the main dentist! Canceled my second appointment and went elsewhere for friendlier service.
