D.From the moment you walk in and meet Toni at reception you are made to feel so welcome. As someone who has an irrational fear of the dentist, it really makes a difference to be treated so kindly. Zena is amazing, so gentle and calm and willing to talk you through different options. I highly recommend this dental practice.
H.Toni, Dr. Zena and Hayley are the best at what they do. Great professionals, amazing comms, excellent result. Been with them for 2 years now and already booked my appointment for 2023. My partner is also in the fan club now (thanks Hayley!).
G.I just finished my first treatment of root canal in Bayside. The doctor's skill is absolutely superb. I didn't feel anything during the whole procedure. Even for the second day, no pain, no swollen gum. The nurse and receptionist are very helpful and professional. I feel lucky to choose Bayside after several days' comparison.
N.Zena, Hayley & the Bayside Dental Team are a fantastic bunch who truly care about their customers - who then gladly turn into repeat customers, just like me! Always very pleasant and helpful, and no problems encountered when having to reschedule appointments when last-minute situations arise!

W.Professional and friendly. Good modern equipment and apparent knowledge level. They discussed the next steps and costs and options in an open manner sensibly without pressure. I explained that dentists truly scare me and they were quite gentle. Overall a good experience for a dentist and I recommended them to my son too.Can't say whether pricing is good or bad due to lack of comparison data but my inclination is to continue with them.
J.I recently had a new crown fitted by Dr Zena and I was really impressed with the service I received. They were able to see me on the day the crown broke, and the whole process was quick and painless. Dr Zena is an excellent dentist, and everyone at the practice is really friendly and helpful.
R.I had a horrible experience with the dental hygienist with another practice on the shore so decided to try Bayside Dental Centre. I am happy with Hayley who cleaned my teeth yesterday. She was gentle and after cleaning, my mouth wasn't in a pool of blood and sore afterwards. Definitely will go back again!
L.I visited Bayside Dental after purchasing a Grabone voucher for a full check up and scale and polish. I have to say that I was very impressed with the dentist Dr Ernie and his team. He was very gentle and did a proper examination and suggested a treatment plan. Will definitely visit them again!

M.Came in to get my teeth cleaned and cavity filled and did two crowns too. I was given the best service. They have TV's so you can watch a movie as you get your teeth worked on which is a nice convenience. The staff is excellent and super friendly Dr. Zens is wonderful and is a true professional at her profession. Highly recommend.

T.I have an extreme dental phobia and usually require to be sedated even for the most simple treatment. After my dentist moved to another practice and I had a not so pleasant experience with his replacement I decided to try and find a new dentist. And came across Bayside Dental. Being very anxious and nervous the staff there made me feel at ease and after 14 years of always being sedated I finally underwent treatment with just numbing gel. Bayside dental understood my phobia and worked with me, reassured me the entire time and checked on how I was feeling. I think I have found my new dentist!
A.So far so good. My son currently has plates fitted top and bottom. Staff are really nice and helpful. Very clean and tidy. Very well priced. I look forward to my son's teeth being beautifully straight.
V.I choose Bayside Dental Centre to oversee my Invisalign treatment because of their fantastic team, space and pricing.
Zena made me feel super comfortable from the minute I walked in with friendly smiles and great professionalism. Zena is super efficient but takes her time where it matters.
Doctors and dentists can often feel very clinical and cold, but Bayside Dental Centre is a warm, clean, modern and light-filled practice! I really like it's a relatively small practice... you get a more personal touch and don't feel like you're being churned through a production line.
I was amazed at Bayside's competitive pricing... I saw 2 other dentists for Invisalign and Bayside was much more affordable. Invisalign would have fairly standard pricing across the board regardless of the dentist, so I really appreciate Bayside for not adding ridiculous markups just because they can. I also receive complimentary whitening upon completion of my treatment! Such a nice surprise.
Having had braces twice, Invisalign was such a welcome experience in comparison... virtually invisible, way more comfortable in the mouth, can come out for eating (half my meal would get stuck in my braces before), removable for special occasions and half as many visits to dentist compared to braces. While there was still some pain, it was no where near the pain experienced with braces ('over' tightened for greatest impact at 6 weekly checkups) as the movement of teeth is more gradual with bi-weekly tray changes that you change yourself - no dentist visit needed!
I'll be going to Bayside Dental Centre for all my dental needs from now on!

J.I have been going to Hayley Gillespie every 3 months for the past few years for Hygenist purposes and she is great. I had had a few horrible experiences in the past that had put me off going to a hygienist so when I was recommended to her I hadn't been for over 10 years. I thoroughly recommend Hayley to anyone.
