I am an anxious patient and she went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and took the time to explain what she was doing and if I needed a break or a mouth rinse which was just lovely. As I need to visit the hygienist every three months I know the next time I have the comfort of being with someone who has my needs as her best interest. Thanks Nicole.
