This is a very professional dentist and they have friendly staff. This was a pleasant experience and I didn't even feel the extraction. The only issue was the estimated price one the phone and the final price was very different. Overall I would still recommend this dentist.

I dont usually place reviews unless I feel the need to. I took my daughter here today for her first consultation for braces and oh my goodness. What an awesome team! They made my daughter (who was naturally a little nervous) feel so relaxed (..and not to mention made my little one happy by making small talk with her) Can't wait to start with my daughters braces treatment. Affordable treatment plans, good location, great parking and a very friendly team. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended to all. Cheers Amber

I needed emergency dental care. The Receptionist was very helpful with sorting out my needs. The Dr was very lovely friendly saw how badly I needed my tooth removed and was able to do it then. Definitely recommend.

It's a pity you can only give 5 stars for this clinic...they deserve 10 STARS!. I'm going to make this short and to the point...I stopped going to dentist 20 years ago, didnt like the pain, the drilling noises etc...I had a fear of dentist. As you get older I guess you have to make that choice and find someone to drag you to the dentist like your wife! This clinic was my first choice and boy was I lucky. The clinic made me feel welcomed front desk - Jessica / Dr Sanchit they were great!!! Consultation was deep Dr San explained everything, I was still fearing the dentist though...but he assured me that everything will be fine even Jessica assured me. After my first session / treatment of 3.5 hours...I wanted to go back the next day I LOVED IT. But today was sad cause that was it for me for a little while. Thank you guys so much I now consider you all as my friends! Hand on Heart I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Botany Clinic. Behind Gull fuel Station.

On Saturday Dr Bron helped me whiten my teeth for my upcoming wedding! She did an INCREDIBLE job, I am so excited to show everyone my smile, really boosted my confidence!!! I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She talked me through the whole process explaining how to continue caring for my teeth. Honestly if you have any event like a school ball or wedding I HIGHLY recommend having whitening it makes such a difference.

It was my first time at this place and honestly... my experience with the staff was absolutely amazing and welcoming. My baby had to get a consultation because she fell at daycare and hit her bottom jaw that unfortunately resulted with her first baby tooth extraction. I was dreading how she would react to the numbing part but she did great all thanks to Dr San Bhatia who was awesome with making my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed through out the whole procedure. I love how he interacted with her and she was so happy through it all she asked me when she will come back to see the nice doctor 😊 Thank you again to all other staff who assisted us from when we entered the front door! If only other dental practices were as friendly and efficient as them.

Best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I have major dental anxiety and Dr. Bron Leong made me feel so comfortable and safe. She explained every procedure and suggestions clearly. Mentioned the price before going ahead and made me feel so calm the entire way. Thank you so so much for a wonderful experience, you completely changed my perception and helped me cope with my anxiety a lot. Absolutely grateful. Officially my fav dental.

Went in for an emergency procedure due to finding that they were the only dentists open during the lockdown a while ago and I was looked after by Doctor Bron. I had a root canal treatment done.The service was amazing, the place was well looked after and was very clean. The entire process was explained to me as to what was going to happen on that, wasn't pushy or persistent. The cost was also good in comparison to other places. Would recommend this dental clinic to everyone. I usually never write reviews but these guys were amazing and they really helped me tremendously in reducing the pain I was feeling on that day. Cant thank you guys enough

Extremely thorough consultation with Dr. Sanchit Bhatia. He went through everything calmly and explained all the possible avenues. Thoroughly impressed by the excellence and compassion he practices and commitment he offers to his patients. The entire staff was just as reassuring. Great clinic.

Fabulous experience and so accommodating as I am pregnant they did everything to keep me and my baby safe. Super knowledgeable and providing advice also ran through all of the possible outcomes from the procedure I had done. Very reasonable with their pricing too.

Went there for a general check up and teeth cleaning (Dr. Bron). The service was great and also for a good price. The staff are friendly and caring. No problems with parking. Would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from the Botany branch. Required emergency service and was pleased with how quick the appointment was made - consult one day, in the chair the next. The after-care has been pleasant too - explains things to you. Would definitely recommend them.

Just had my first consultation and the team really took the time to explain the reason for my tooth discomfort, and the remedies. We proceeded with the root canal and stage one went well. I feel so much more at peace knowing my issue is being dealt with professionally. Thanks too for seeing me at short notice.

I recently had the opportunity to use Auckland Family Dental in Botany re a tooth extraction for my 13yr old Niece. Upon arriving at the surgery she was very nervous and frightened at having a Local Anesthetic. Dr Yolin Govender and his Staff were very professional, very caring, and were able to calm my niece during her treatment. We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Kav Naidoo and her staff Yana and Dr.Bron Leong. My partner was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Yana and Bron was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, they were very helpful and supportive through out the process. Dr. Kav is very professional and empathetic, he considered the situation and specially came to clinic on his birthday to do the surgery. Yana guided us with finance option which really helped.I highly recommend Dr. Kav Naidoo and his staff for everyone who wants to get their routine checks and dental surgeries.

Dr Bron helped me with the regular dental hygiene and gave me some advises of choosing a teeth brush today. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best dental clinic i have brought my son the facility is beautiful and tidy and what tops it of the most is the Staff Dr joy and her team have been nothing but real professionals so kind and patience with me and my son. Recommend this place to anyone and everyone you wont be upset with their service really appreciate it my son usually dose not like going to dentist but coming here he loves cause the staff are so loving again THANK YOU

It's a very nice place. The people who work there are friendly and very professional, it is all very clean, accessible by car and very economical. They worry about your health status, they call you and check how are you, even after your treatments, excellent place, highly recommended.
