I have been with Caring 4 Smiles for something like 7-8 years; I chose them specifically for their great reviews. After having a bad experience or 2 with other dentists during high school, I was really put off, but they have taken care of me and helped restore my teeth to a healthier condition. I still get nervous (of needles) but it's always a nice experience when I go in and very personable. I felt comfortable, and confident enough, to get my wisdom teeth removed under GA; with no problems healing afterwards and less pain than I expected. Everyone I have dealt with has been great, and gentle, and have cared about the long term health of my mouth which I really appreciate. I wouldn't go anywhere else

For years now I’ve had amazing dental care from Loy and his team. Their team is incredibly personable, friendly and very talented at what they do. My smile has stayed amazing for years and years due to their comprehensive examinations and careful documentation of my oral health. An innovative team who always smile back. Extremely lucky to find this dental clinic for my boy. It all started when my boy needed his first space maintainer fitted. It has been nearly two years now. Thanks to Kelvin (my boy's dentist) and the staff in the clinic, my boy isn't afraid of his dental sessions. All of them are so warm and kind towards my boy. Highly recommend for any parents who are seeking a dental clinic for their kids.

Highly recommended dental clinic. Had my 4 wisdom teeth removed, 2 upper and 2 lower impacted teeth. Everything went smooth and well. It was highly complex procedure but my dentist made it look effortless and was so gentle with my teeth. Thank you so much!

I have visited Caring 4 Smiles for my wisdom tooth issue and had surgically removed all of them by Dr Loy. He is very skilled and experienced Dental Surgeon blessed with his hands. Had 3 surgeries for removing all 4 wisdom tooth, 2 of them were really complicated and he did it with very pleasant attitude and there were no further complication. Moreover the way he followup with his clients are really appreciable. I was able to contact him at any time of the day and he was very happy to answer all my doubts.This was my first Dental experience in my life and this team did a great job.I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

I have been a patient at Caring4Smiles for several years. The Caring4Smiles practice is very family oriented and Dr Loy and his team have been nothing but welcoming since I first started my treatment which I started at the age of 13 - I am now 17. Initially, I wasn’t very compliant with my Invisalign treatment, however Dr Loy and his team’s support helped me get back on track to achieving a perfect smile. Dr Loy is always willing to offer different solutions that work for my family and I. I recently became a patient at Caring 4 Smiles due to an emergency infected wisdom tooth and came in for a comprehensive check up, emergency consultation and xray. The first dental practice I have been to where I have felt genuinely cared for and looked after. From reception to the attending dentist I experienced amazing service. Serious issues that had never been bought to my attention were discussed with me in an informative manner and I felt very thankful for this as it showed that they genuinely care for their patients current and future wellbeing. I am booked in for a wisdom tooth removal (x3) and do not feel nervous at all as I know I will be looked after with utmost care. Thank you team at Caring 4 Smiles Epsom.

If it were possible, I would give this absolutely stellar group of people 6 stars. I first came to this dental clinic in so much pain I could barely function. They fit me in literally at their next time slot and were able to provide me some pain relief. The really do care! On top of that, Dr Kelvin Tay is in my opinion the most highly skilled dentist/oral surgeon, I have ever come across. I had been told by every other dentist all around the world that I could never have surgery to remove my lower wisdom due to a nerve being in close proximity - but Kelvin came up with a safe way using new technology. He was checking on me at home after the surgery to make sure everything was ok. He's just the best - and he's so nice as well - it honestly feels like chatting to a friend when i come for appointments. I asked about invisilign teeth straightening and Dr Kelvin explained the process so clearly, gave me a payment plan that i could work with and throughout the two years of treatment - which i have practically finished - my teeth look amazing. If you're considering invisilign i cannot recommend this particular dentisit more emphatically. Go to Caring for Smiles in Epsom and request Dr Kelvin Tay. He's a rock star.

I would highly recommend Caring 4 Smiles Dental practice to anyone and everyone seeking a trustworthy, friendly and efficient dental team. After hearing through my brother how positive his dental experience with Dr. Loy was I thought I should go to Caring 4 Smiles and check it out considering I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a few years. As I walked in the door the atmosphere was welcoming, I was greeted with a warm smile and was instantly put at ease as I am quite a nervous character especially when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Loy is the best dentist I have come across, he is caring, wants you to feel comfortable and very he is very professional. After being very anxious about having to be awake during my wisdom teeth extraction I certainly felt ridiculous after as I couldn't believe how efficiently, effortlessly and painlessly they were extracted so you can feel at ease that Dr. Loy is to be trusted and definitely knows what he's doing. I could go on forever about how wonderful my experience at Caring 4 Smiles was and how kind the team are but I think anyone reading this should just go and experience it for themselves. They well and truly deserve a 5 star recommendation and I am so thankful for all they amazing work they have done.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted by Loy and I cannot recommend him enough. He made the procedures as comfortable as possible and I felt incredibly informed about what was happening throughout. The follow up has been thorough, receiving calls and texts for the days post surgery to check in on me. He’s an amazingly competent and friendly specialist who will give you outstanding results!

Had ongoing pain from impacted wisdom teeth that would flare up and then settle. The pain became so unbearable i had to have them removed. Dr Loy arranged to see me within an hour of contact with him and his team (on a saturday even!) and started the process removing 1x wisdom teeth and arranged to have the remaining ones pulled that week. Couldnt have gone any smoother im now basically fully recovered 1 week post surgery and feel fantastic. Professional skills and swift painfree work with a laugh or two aswell. Thank you very much!

On the 17/05/20 one of my 32 year old implants got loose and fell out. Two days later I was sitting in a comfortable chair being looked after. My dentist Dr Keven and his helper nurse got into putting it back where it came from. Professionals, friendly and informing what they were doing. I do never stop recommending this palace. Hygienist Alex and the receptionist are so friendly and caring. I feel on ease when I go to this surgery. Thank you for outstanding service.

Best dential clinic I have ever found. Loy, Thelma and team have been looking after me for over 10 years (I once went to a cheaper dentist and regretted it almost instantly). Me and my family have been using their services for years and aside from having a team of experts they go above and beyond when it comes to supporting their patients. Even on holidays or when I was overseas and had some problems or questions. I've also used their Invisalign orthodontic treatment service and even though it was a long journey to correct my teeth, they came through and did a wonderful job. Other practices would have said that my teeth are too difficult to correct. I fully recommend and trust Caring for smiles.

I still remember when I first saw the Caring 4 Smiles dental practice. It is hard to miss such a stunning clinic on the way to and back from school every day write in the centre of Manukau Road, Epsom. I had just moved to New Zealand, and was looking for a dental practice to make my regular and a close friend of mine recommended Dr Loy, Thelma and their fantastic team. The comfort and ease the team made me feel in from my first visit, is still very apparent today highlighting their level of customer service which stays of very high quality through out your entire time as a patient here. Dr Loy and his dental assistants are very open and honest about the procedures, and are very helpful and caring pre procedure and post procedure as well. They are also very flexible in their timings and have many times been able to work around my university and work schedule which is really appreciated and are very efficient with reminding you of appointments and checking up on how you're doing after a major procedure. For the high quality of service you receive, the I have had many procedures done at Caring 4 Smiles but for the purpose of this testimonial, I'll mention my FastBraces experience. I would recommend this procedure at Caring 4 Smiles to anyone thinking of getting an alternative to traditional braces. Dr Loy made this procedure pain free and comfortable and before I knew it I had a perfect set of teeth and a better smile than before. Overall my experiences at Caring 4 Smile has always been highly satisfactory, and I would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone looking for a dental practice that makes you feel at home and treats you like family.

For several years now Caring 4 Smiles has been the dental practice that I go to for work and hygiene services for my teeth. I would highly recommend them. It all starts as soon as you walk through the door. The premises is always clean and spotless as any medical practice should be. The staff that greet you Thelma and Louise are always friendly and professional. I feel so blessed and privileged to have someone like Dr Loy be my dentist. His skills are second to none and he is at the top and forefront of the dental field in my humble opinion. I only have to look at the excellent work he has done for my teeth as proof of this. He closed down a big gap I had between my teeth which gave me confidence to smile more. He took out all my wisdom tooth, put in excellent looking fillings to other teeth making them look brand new. Simply put, the restoration work he has done on my teeth is something like a makeover I only see on television. The advice and consultation he gives I know is genuine and has the best interest of your teeth in mind. He uses the latest cutting edge dental equipment and technology. He takes xrays and photos of my teeth and has them all on record so it can be easily monitored over time. He also has payment options for more costly operations, this I have found helpful. When I am sitting on the operation chair I have complete confidence in him and his assistant. My yearly dental hygiene appointments have also helped maintain my teeth and the hygienist have always done a great professional job. I will give Caring 4 Smiles 5 stars without any hesitation. The only regret I have was that I did not know them from much earlier in life.

It was with much dread and nervousness that I walked into the Caring for Smiles clinic in early 2008. I was immediately put at ease by the warm welcome I received, not only from Loy but from his staff also. From that first visit and each subsequent visit I am consistently impressed by Loy and his staff. I cannot recommend Kelvin and the team at Caring 4 Smiles highly enough. All communication with them via email, phone and in person has been absolutely professional, warm and welcoming; they really do take the time to make sure you are well cared for and put at ease - even going above and beyond with keeping in touch - Kelvin made himself available 24/7 to answer any questions/concerns I had after recently having 3 of my wisdom teeth out which I found to be extremely helpful and comforting. Dr. Loyola Correa has been an excellent orthodontist to my child. It's amazing how he was able to treat my child's underbite thru non invasive procedures. He will treat the problem thru various steps first so that the child wouldn't need any surgery just to correct the problem e.g my child used various appliances in the range of a year and a half and he was able to push my kids underbite in and pull the top over and align my kids teeth as well without any invasive procedures which is truly remarkable. It's just too bad we have to move away this we need to discontinue the treatment otherwise we would like to see where will lead us. Again we are truly thankful for Dr. Loyola for the time he spent treating Caleb.

By far the best service, excellent dentistry, followup care and individual treatment in Auckland. Maybe New Zealand... I have had the privilege of excellent treatment from Loy and his lovely wife for a few years now. I shopped around Auckland after moving from Hamilton and was unsatisfied with 5 or 6 recommendations I had from friends. Caring 4 Smiles has the best equipment in Auckland, the team are prompt, efficient and actually care about you as a person. Loy's work is top notch, he gives an honest opinion, he's always estimated costs accurately and gives before and after shots to show you just how beautiful his artistry is. The team will always go the extra mile and will give you a pillow if your neck is sore, they don't rush you and Loy's dental nurse is switched on. My partner has a fear of needles and they even advised and scheduled in an anaesthetist so he could be knocked out for wisdom teeth extraction. TIP: I make sure to arrive early so I can have one of their coffees they deliver with a smile and chat to Loy's wife who is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet and never makes mistakes with appointment schedules. I have recommended this company to any of my friends and family who need work done.

Most amazing lovely generous professional dentists ever, a wonderful team and will always feel at home whatever is my dental status they will listen, give the best advice (and options) and will look after you with great care. I went there after years of neglecting because my partner highly recommended them, and was terrified! I now go there with a new very pretty smile knowing that I am in safe hands. I was almost in tears the other day when I had to pay for a treatment before our wedding, and the surprised me with a very generous unsolicited discount. I have no words! Dr Loy and his preventative dentistry methods are exceptional. Ive been going to a dentist all my life yet when I was with Dr Loy, I felt like I was learning dental care for the first time. Him and his team took amazing care of me at short notice the day before my wedding to repair a chipped tooth. I was so impressed with the service and care, I booked in for another two appointments in order to prevent more severe issues in the near future. This is preventative dentistry at its best. Where the dentist placed their patient first before themselves. Dr Loy is the only dentist who shows undivided attention to me and my dental needs. As a bonus, i received some great marriage advice. As I live overseas, I will still be visiting Dr Loy and his team in the future.

I first came into Caring for Smiles a few years ago: I wanted an x-ray to get a tooth implant overseas and intended to visit the practice as a one off ,as they had the equipment needed to provide me an x-ray that I could send away. However, Loy took the time to explain why overseas dentistry would not be a good idea, as implants require an ongoing relationship with your dentist. I was impressed with Loy's service straight away and sensed his deep care for his patients, and so decided to join his practice. Loy provided my implant and carried out a lot of work on my teeth in the early years of visiting his practice; he assured me that once this work was completed I would only require check ups and everything should stabilise, which I found to be absolutely the case. Loy's dentistry was always excellent, and any unforeseen problems were always scrupulously and fairly dealt with, with no charge to me. A few years on and I have not needed anything more than visits to the hygienist every six months and a once a year check with Loy. I am sure that this is due to the emphasis that the clinic places on preventative care. The hygienists are also excellent and go to great lengths to explain how to best look after your teeth. Finally, the receptionists are always friendly and accommodating around appointments, and greet you like a friend whenever you visit. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Caring for Smiles to anyone.

I have been coming to see Loy and Thelma at Caring 4 Smiles for just over 20 years (since before it was called Caring4smiles) and they have always done great things for my teeth. Loy is big on preventative dentistry and i have no doubt it has helped me avoid having to have braces and other pricey procedures. Alex the hygenist is great too. Highly recommended!

Our whole family has been going to Caring 4 Smiles and visiting Dr. Loyola for as long as I can remember (spanning over 16 years). He was best described to me as the "Rolls Royce" of Dentists and he and his staff have held true to that description in all aspects. Dr. Loy & Thelma have become like family to us, over the years. Being a mum of two toddlers, I was looking for a dental practice that was accomodation of families and children. From my initial conversation with the friendly receptionists, I decided to give Caring 4 Smiles a go. The treatment and care I received was faultless and they were really warm and welcoming to myself and the children. I feel I can come again in the future and confidently bring my children with me. Not only will they get to see Mum taking care of her teeth, but they''ll hopefully learn from a young age that it's important for them to also take care of their teeth! I visited Caring 4 Smiles to have my last remaining wisdom tooth removed, this turned out to be a very complicated wisdom tooth removal however the highly professional and very personable team at Caring 4 Smiles made me feel very comfortable, as it is a very gentle and relaxed clinic. Dr Loy’s dentistry skill and chair-side manner made me at ease throughout the whole treatment. He clearly explained the procedures and followed up on my well being post-surgery. I will continue to use Caring 4 Smiles for my future dental requirements and would recommend to all.

I've received excellent, friendly service from this dental practice. I am someone who avoided the dentist for years. When I contacted the practice about sudden onset wisdom tooth pain, they were able to accommodate me at very short notice and see me the same day. A year later, my teeth are in much better condition. Dr. Loyola Correa and the team consistently give thorough explanations and answer all of my questions in detail (as a health professional, I have plenty of questions). They clearly take pride in the work they do and the records they keep. I highly recommend this practice.

Caring 4 Smiles is the best dentist practice that I have ever been to. They never cease to impress me with their standards and level of quality. And not only that, but they are also very friendly and have a schedule that can suit anyone. What I also appreciate about them is the support they offer even outside their working hours. Last year, while visiting friends in Australia during Easter I had an emergency and I called Dr. Loy. Not only did he answered my call on Easter Monday but he also helped me get a prescription medicine by emailing a prescription to a pharmacy near me. I honestly think that you can't find anything like that anywhere else in New Zealand. I would definitely recommend Caring 4 Smiles to anyone.

My husband and I chose Dr. Loy to see our 8 year old son's teeth based on the good reviews Caring4Smiles have. Now I would like to share our own experience with this lovely team. My son had a severe cross-bite and his front teeth were hitting one another. I was so worried at that time as one of the permanent tooth has become a bit loose so we were happy that Dr. Loy could see him right away. I didn't have to wait for weeks or months for an appointment. With a myofunctional appliance, he has corrected the cross-bite in just one month! Rather than your typical, slap dash, scrape & polish and send you on your way, there was a large emphasis on caring for your teeth with a real focus on monitoring and prevention. I had always avoided the dentist in the past and found this place when I had was in desperate need in some work. After my initial visit, I actually looked forward to going back and seeing the progress or just maintaining my teeth knowing they were in good health. It was not just the care but the education and the team. Being educated on the dental care and work they do through the photos is amazing. I found the education side extremely useful and of great value. They are friendly and personable; if it had not been for the educational value I wouldn't have been such a advocate for good oral hygiene and this place. The team at Caring 4 Smiles are second to none. I have to admit that my past experience of dentists meant I went in very skeptical but after experiencing how they care for their patients I was sold. Furthermore, they are on the cutting edge of dental technology. I initially got what could only be described as my mouth repaired. I have been seeing the team at Caring 4 Smiles for six years for dental work and hygiene, and they have always seen that I get the best preventative treatment possible. Dr. Correa did a great job of the difficult dental surgery he performed several years ago: I had impacted wisdom teeth with hooked roots, and the procedure went extremely well. I have also had veneers placed on worn teeth. Since then I have had no trouble for several years, and every checkup appointment is a breeze. I owe that to Dr. Correa and his team.

I have found Caring 4 Smiles team very professional. At first I was very apprehensive of going to a Dentist. Dr Loy re-assured me and took me through the process of preventive care. After a few visits he replaced all the old fillings which had become loose and damaged. Now I just go for my yearly check ups. Dr loys uses state of the art technology to track and document the health of my teeth. It only takes only few minutes and whole focus is now on protecting the teeth and maintaining the oral health. Dr Loy has saved my life at just the right time. I love the family-centred atmosphere and the willingness of the amazing staff that work there to help you out. I have been here for a few appointments with Dr Kelvin, including one root canal treatment. Kelvin has always been helpful and thorough in his examinations and procedures. I first came into contact with this practice after I began suffering from terrible pain caused by a problematic wisdom tooth. The staff were very considerate and accomodating, an appointment was soon made and surgery performed entirely successfully with minimum delay. However, that was only the start of things. Since it had been some years since I had been to a dentist there was a lot of work left undone. Caring 4 Smiles has improved my dental health so much I had not realised how much incidental pain I was suffering from until all the repairs were complete. I am now pain and cavity free. That being said I can recommend their practice to any and all wholeheartedly.

We have found Caring 4 Smiles to be a practice with a state-of the-art facility, a professional and caring team and a hygienic environment. I have discovered this practice by total accident: I had an emergency with one of my wisdom teeth and I needed an oral surgeon. After looking online for a practice that does that, I have discovered Dr. Loy and he safely and successfully did the surgery. I liked the practice and the service, so we've decided to move from our existing one, as here we have the total package - a hygienist, a dentist and an oral surgeon, so no matter what your oral problem might be, you get the care under the same roof. Also, the fact that I have options regarding setting up appointments before or after work or even on the weekend, makes it a lot more easier than with other practices, as I don't have to compromise a working day to get the oral care that I need. And the fact that you know that your dentist is available outside business hours, in case you have an emergency, is just the extra-step that Dr. Loy is willing to take for his patients. Excellent services from Dr Kelvin and the team at Caring 4 Smiles. All the communication is clear. He emailed me the treatment plans including the cost breakdowns after my first visit. He is very professional, knowledgeable and nice. All my issues were fixed up after his caring and treatment. His skills and services are second to none.

I have always been petrified of dentists, and when I broke a tooth it turned out I had a large amount of work to be done because I had ignored my teeth for so long. But I am so glad I googled caring for smiles because I had the best experience with Dr. Correa and his team. From the amazingly friendly and helpful staff at the front desk to the actual procedures which were not as painful as I had made them out in my head. I was talked through everything so it made everything a lot less intimidating. As an expat, living in Auckland for only a short time, when I woke up one morning in an incredible amount of tooth pain, I grew incredibly anxious. As a Millennial, the only thing that I know how to do to understand my pain is to Google it. If you’re reading this review because you also Googled some random amalgamation of the words “dentist, emergency, wisdom tooth, Auckland” then just do yourself a favor and get an appointment with the folks at Caring 4 Smiles. Not only was surgery executed perfectly, it was also done with more kindness and concern than I have ever experienced from any kind of healthcare practitioner — offering me options to make sure the surgery cost didn’t break me financially and ensuring that I was okay a week after post-op — truly the best case scenario for the worst case scenario as a tracker.

I've had extensive dental treatment in the past (whilst living overseas), so finding a suitable replacement dentist back home was always going to be a challenge, or so I thought until I found Dr Loy Correa and his amazing team at Caring 4 Smiles. Earlier this year I was given a treatment plan to maintain my existing dental work (replacement composite fillings, crowns etc), however I decided to put this on hold, thinking my oral health could wait a bit. Then sadly last month, one of my temporary filings (over a root canal) cracked and an abscess formed. An emergency dental appointment was arranged, yet the two antibiotics that Loy prescribed didn't work and I was left feeling really unwell. Loy was available via phone after hours and he assured me the body sensations I was experiencing (nausea, chills / trembling and bowel issues) were as a result of one of the antibiotics. He advised me to take probiotics and electrolytes to ease my symptoms, which worked. Thelma then arranged for a follow-up appointment. I felt very teary and anxious going into the appointment and Loy was calming and reassuring. He explained the process of what was going to happen (tooth extraction and bone grafting) and even allowed me to sit up after each injection (I had two), so I could manage the heart palpations. The whole process took just over one hour and it was painless. When Lynette phoned me back the next day, I was able to report the new antibiotics had started to work and that I felt like my old self again. I'm now on the road to recovery and have absolute confidence in Loy and his team. I agree with the other Google reviews and I just want to add, if you have a dental phobia and / or are looking for a non-judgemental holistic dentist, then Caring 4 Smiles will really look after you. I'm so grateful to have found them and will be a walking advertisement to friends and family. Caring 4 Smiles, you guys rock! :-) x

I needed to have wisdom tooth removed but my regular dentist would not remove it due to the proximity of the root to the nerve. I went on line looking for an oral surgeon whose practice was not in Remuera (and so would cost a small fortune - I had no insurance) but who had the necessary expertise. I found Caring 4 Smiles and Dr Loyola Correa.I had a positive experience from my very first phone call answered by an especially nice receptionist. I was apprehensive but Loy immediately put my mind at ease and removed the tooth with no issues - in fact I wasn't even aware when it came out. Unfortunately over the next few weeks I was in a lot of pain due to an infection in my jaw bone. It was not immediately obvious that this was the cause of the pain and Loy did everything possible to sort out what was the issue. His care and concern and the concern of those working with him was wonderful and I never felt as if I was struggling alone. He made sure I was in contact by text or phone with him every day ( and most days it was twice a day) and if he needed to see me, he made the time available - he even came in to the surgery on his birthday which he was meant to have off. I would, without hesitation recommend, Caring 4 Smiles to anyone wishing to visit a skillful and compassionate dentist and whose staff are friendly and very caring.

I have been fortunate to have been associated with Dr Loy for as far back as when we both were in St Xaviers College in Mumbai, India. We both migrated to NZ many years back which allowed this association to continue. Amazing practice!! No words can express my gratitude towards Dr Loyola, Theresa and the rest of the team at Caring 4 Smiles. I woke up with a fractured front tooth- it broke and fell out during the night. At 7:30AM I called Caring 4 Smiles for an emergency visit. I was very worried I would not have enough money to pay for the work needed, I applied for a small loan. I was lucky enough to get an appointment for 1pm however my loan had not been approved yet. I phoned in to cancel because I couldn't pay- they listened and kindly invited me to come along anyway. Well, I was shocked. When I arrived, I was treated kindly, respectfully- Dr Loyola fixed my fractured tooth- and it was beautiful!! When it came time to pay, I was given bank details and encouraged to clear my debt as soon as I could- I have never been shown such kindness. When I got home I noticed Dr Loyola had discounted $50 from my bill! The team here truly understood my hardship and was not willing to turn me away. It is people like them who bring such light to the world. This was one of the kindest things anyone has ever done for me. This experience showed me how kind people can be. I am truly grateful for all the team did for me that day. You will not be disappointed with the work you receive and you are treated so well by each team member. They deserve some recognition!

I'm a tourist from Germany. I came in the morning with a big swelling. I didn't have to wait long. The consultation and the treatment was very professional and very good. Everyone was so nice and lovely to me, they gave me a little breakfast, because i didn't eat and I need something because of my medicine. I have been a long time patient of Loy’s, he has always had my best interest at heart and taken great care of me. There is always a welcoming, friendly vibe at the clinic and it’s always great to see both Loy and Thelma.

I was very impressed by Dr. Correa and the level of customer service shown by the receptionist. I’m an American in NZ on a visitor visa, so when my clear retainer with Pontics (fake teeth) snapped in half, I was worried needless to say. After calling around for price quotes, Caring 4 Smiles was the cheapest and had the best google reviews. They were able to see me the next day, and ended up being cheaper than their original quote. My retainer was ready the following day. Dr. Correa went above and beyond; using a harder, more durable material for my retainer, as well as making my pontics bigger, giving them a more natural look. This is the best retainer I’ve had so far.

My experience at Caring 4 Smiles was was excellent. Everything went smooth and easy. Loy was very helpful and patient with me because I had a lot of questions. I have never been much of a fan when it comes to dentists, however, I can assure you that things have changed and I never saw this coming. Over the years I have avoided the dentist in every way possible and even faked being sick multiple times to avoid my visits as a child. However, the day had come where I had no choice but to face my fear- I fell down 10 slippery wet concrete stairs and smashed my face at the bottom smashing out my front teeth and splitting my lips. Loy at Caring 4 smiles was my guardian angel when it came to fixing my teeth and getting my smile back. Before my accident my smile was my best feature- I thought I would never have this back and this accident would change my face forever. Well Loy worked his magic and I am proud (and sometimes get quite emotional) to say that I have my smile back and my teeth are looking better than ever. Loy made sure that I was in no pain or discomfort and called me the following day to say to see how I was holding up. One thing that really stood out to me was when Loy had another patient due to arrive and he said something along the lines of- Never rush a job, take as long as we need to make sure we do a perfect job- it was kind of like 'we must get this girls teeth 100% right and get her smile back'. Hearing this helped me relax and not sit with such tension during the procedure. Down the track, you wouldn't know that I have artificial front teeth and even I don't feel like I have anything different in my mouth- my teeth are strong and work and feel like the real deal. The unfortunate accident may have damaged my teeth, lips and face, and yes I was deeply upset and distressed but I owe it all to Loy at caring for smiles for putting a smile back on my face. I can’t thank you all enough!! The staff are so amazing and show that they genuinely actually care about you- very high professionalism. I am happy to have met Dr Loyola Correa after over a decade. I had dental surgery done overseas and was having a problem. I guess very few dentists over here will see a patient who has had treatment overseas, but Dr Loyola was kind enough to grant me an appointment immediately. I give the practice 5 stars - how could I not? I needed some major work to fill the black hole of Calcutta in a tooth. Painlessly and skilfully this work was done, and I was given all the photos to see the before, during and after results. Also, all the previous fillings Ive had done here years ago continues to hold well. Maybe its not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and I have good confidence that its an investment worth making.

Loy and Thelma have been wonderful with the treatment of my two girls using the myobrace system. I must admit I was sceptical myobrace would work as well as traditional braces but I was absolutely flawed with how well it worked. Solved a serious mouth breathing / snoring problem too. Thank you !
