Dr. Karen, Rachel and the team are wonderful! For me it was critical I found a Dentist who was not only gentle but highly skilled as due to past trauma and poor work I was fearful to have anything done other than a check-up. I had received some poor advise and poor work over the years which had eroded what little trust I am so happy to share, I have found an outstanding team in City Dental Lounge. That is the honest truth and all I can say is Thank Goodness!!! Dr. Harris, is gentle (her fingers are not the size of sausages...yay to that) and her level of expertise in my opinion is outstanding. She is thorough, professional, calm and focused. The overall experience has been amazing for me and in fact in this last sitting I melted into that wonderful chair and relaxed in a way I never had before. It's taken a few visits but with hand on my heart I can say I trust her completely, (Never thought I would say that about a Dentist) another loud YAY! Rachel is efficient, bubbly, and very supportive. She has held my hand and understands how traumatic sitting in a Dental chair can be. That kind of empathy, kindness and generosity of spirit is a gift. Thank-you both so much. If you are reading this and are nervous please be assured you truly are in safe hands. Ellie :)

Well, what can I say but WOW! I am an extremely nervous patient whose last experience at a Mt Albert dentist was horrendous! Dr Karen, Rachel, Natalia and Megan were fantastic at putting me at ease. On my first appointment the hygienist Natalia did a fantastic pain free job of cleaning my teeth and Dr Karen corrected a previous crown that hadn't been filed down enough by my previous dentist. After not being able to eat on the right side of my mouth for a year and having huge sensitivity to cold and heat I can now eat on both sides of my mouth with no pain - result! Today I had two half crowns fitted - it was painless. Dr Karen Harris and Rachel were very kind and patient and didn't make me feel stupid for shaking like a leaf with nerves when I arrived. I was able to listen to my own music which, along with the massage chair I was lying in, was very soothing and definitely helped to relax me. On leaving I had a fab chat with Megan about our love of English indie-rock bands and music generally - fab way to end my visit! So impressed with my experience here that I've booked to have two further half crowns done, and will not be going anywhere else but here for any further dental work. Really cannot recommend Dr Karen, Rachel, Natalia and Megan enough! A fabulous team with heart who are passionate about their work ... and it certainly shows.

City Dental Lounge has looked after me for over 4 years. Karen and her team are great hosts, friendly and professional, I feel very welcome every time. The Lounge is welcoming and very comfortable like a five-star hotel, Meghan the friendly voice over the phone greets you with a smile. Who would have thought the dentist chair can be so comfortable? I watch Netflix with headphones on while my teeth are taken care of. I've had a couple of significant work done, Karen has done a top job, explains things in a way I can understand. Rachel is great at keeping me relaxed and keeping me informed throughout the whole procedure. I recommend to anyone needing some care on their teeth, let Karen and her team look after you, they are excellent at what they do. It's the best dental experience I've ever had. Give them a go.

I just love Dr Karen and her team! 3 years ago she worked miracles to give me a beautiful smile which to this day is still as beautiful. I recently returned to Auckland and immediately booked an appointment with her and found that City Dental is still first class in their services!

Karen and her team are amazing! They put you at ease straight away, Karen had great suggestions, but never pressured me on anything and answered all my questions. They were all constantly checking in on my while going through my procedure to make sure it was OK and being able to watch Netflix while they are working away is an added bonus! Their clinic is beautiful, and you get great views of the harbour while sitting in the chair! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend City Dental Lounge to anyone

Dr.Karen is an amazing dentist. I was taken care of when she had her practice in Wellington back in 2005. She has done a great job on my teeth and its all about detailed perfection on each and every tooth she worked on. Thank you.

City dental lounge is one of the best dental clinic I have ever visited. Doctors are very knowledgeable and they are superb in their treatments. Dr. Karen guides you throughout the treatment and she is a lovely personality who is very patient while listening to your problems. I had my bleeding gums since long time and after my treatment they do not bleed any more. The moment you enter the clinic you get such good vibes that it makes you feel positive. Dr. Rebecca is a very good hygienist and made the cleaning experience much much better. I always had phobia of visiting clinics but Megan and Rachel are really wonderful people who made me so comfortable and relaxed. I won't mind visiting clinic for regular checkups now. Thank you for making my gums healthy and giving me a big smile while I walk out from the clinic :-)- Shalu

I had a wonderful experience in City Dental Lounge. Expert and professional staff and sincerely nice people there. Dr Julian took care of one of my problematic teeth. I can't thank him and his assistance Carol enough! I most definitely recommend City Dental Lounge!

Dr. Karen and her associates are absolute wonders. Getting dental work done is not always joyful but Karen and her (all female!) team make everything a breeze. From cheerful conversations to a modern and clean facility this practice has it all! I'm currently undergoing the Magic brace treatment and am over the moon with how fast treatment time will be and how flexible they've been with my crazy schedule. Located conveniently downtown I couldn't recommend City Dental Lounge enough. Thanks for getting me on track (pun intended) to having an absolutely fabulous smile!

After three years of putting off visiting the dentist I went to City Dental Lounge yesterday and had a filling done, without anesthetic, no pain, and in less than an hour. Karen's calm hand and reassuring style brings a whole new experience to visiting the dentist. Highly recommended.

Professional informative and stress free. Karen is hands down the best dentist I have ever known. My broken Amalgam fillings are gone and my cracked teeth repaired with strong beautiful natural looking Cerec restorations.

Had an amazing time here! The ladies are so lovely and welcoming it can be daunting going to the dentist but they made the experience a very positive one! On top of that they’re very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing and explain everything clearly! They also gave me a little goody bag afterwards! If you’re looking for great dental services in the heart of the CBD I would highly recommend this place! I will definitely be coming here again in the future! 😊

A wonderful, comfortable environment which was warm friendly and professional. Meghan on the front desk was helpful and really supportive. Karen and her assistant Racheal are a brilliant team, incredibly skilled and super nice. Really happy with the work I had done.

The team here are amazing. They are all highly efficient, well educated and communicate the process with ease. The clinic itself is modern, spotless clean yet not clinical and isolating. Every detail of the service experience has been considered, including a TV on the ceiling, where wireless headphones are placed on your head while the work is carried out. Channel selection is up to to you. Price is very reasonable considering the expertise and high level of attention recived. Five google stars. 😀

Great location, amazing views over the Waitemata Harbour, fantastic facilities with the latest technology but as with anything, it's the people; the staff are second to none so anyone with dentophobia, this is an opportunity to put your fears to bed.

I love going here, from the moment you walk through the door Meghan couldn’t be more helpful. All the staff are exceptional and go out of there way although I think it’s just them being them to make you welcome. Highly Recommended.

Awesome practice to deal with, lovely staff, handy Central location, and nice modern rooms. Best of all, they could do a ceramic crown for me in a single appointment.
