F. P.Excellent service. I am an extremely nervous patient and I was treated very well the whole way through my procedure and even before the procedure by my dentist Gareth. I did not feel a hint of pain during a root canal. the receptionist Sarah even called me prior to my procedure to see how I was coping with my anxiety and gave me a few tips.
10/10 hands down the best dentist I've ever been to.

I like how Dr Howard explains everything, and as a somewhat nervous dentist goer, his confidence, humour and professionalism gives me much comfort whenever I see him. L. A.I was seen by Dr Howard Chao for my toothache on 5th Jan as my usual dentist was on leave during the holiday break, he was very professional and with good smile. He even helped me avoid paying an unnecessarily high price for my prescribed treatment. Highly recommended.
T.Very good. Dr Howard Chao fixed some of my teeth today he did a great job and I didnt feel a thing! They are friendly, caring and clean. He also explained everything he was doing as he worked which for me was awesome. Recommend him ! One thing i didnt like was the fact i had to sit in the same waiting room as sick people coughing and sneezing waiting to see doctors.

Only real downside with this place is they don't have their own reception and share with the A&E reception that is always overworked and understaffed.
W. Z.Fantastic check up, xray and clean for $195, efficiently done, had a filling done same day for $185 all by Dr Howard Chao. Professional and efficient. Definitely recommend.
A. S.Friendly patient staff who are used to dealing with scared young ones. There are many dentists and rooms there so there is virtually no waiting time. The facility is clean and modern. There was even someone cleaning the place throughout while we were there, impressive
