J.I chose Eden Orthodontics because they were able to fix my crowded teeth without removing any of them and by using Invisalign rather than traditional braces. Everything moved into place in just over a year and my teeth are now beautifully aligned. The team was amazing, always friendly and super organised. I didn't have to worry about the process as I knew they had it sorted, everything was planned out and booked in ahead of time. They took great care of me and my teeth, and I am really happy with the result.

J.I've just (more or less) completed my Invisalign journey and it's been excellent! My teeth are straight and aligned. Rachel and her team have always been knowledgable and available to answer any questions I had. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful.
The Dental Monitoring app allowed me to continue working through my braces even during lockdown and saved me making many, many, trips back and forth to their office.
I've included a before-after photo of my teeth so you can see the results for yourself.

The clinic has such a nice vibe and the team create a personalised feel by adding the names of everyone who is starting and finishing treatment that day up on the board. So cool! You can definitely see they take pride in running a well presented and efficient (but super friendly!!) clinic. The whole process has been so easy for me despite not living in Auckland. I’m almost through with my Invisalign treatment and have been able to do it all via a dental monitoring app to save me making the trip up to Auckland all the time! I am super happy I’ve chosen Eden Orthodontics to go through for my teeth, cannot recommend Dr Smith and the team enough! S.This orthodontic practice exceeded my expectations. The clinic itself is beautiful and very clean. The entire team here are always welcoming, upbeat and friendly and the communication is excellent. Even though this is a very busy clinic- my appointments have always been on time. I only have 7 weeks left of my Invisalign treatment and I am extremely happy with my results so far. Rachel is very professional and her and her team have made my smile near perfect!
Prior to choosing Eden Orthodontics I had a consultation (which was horrifying) at one of those ""Smile"" clinics (the one thats heavily promoted on instagram) and I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that I chose to go to Eden Ortho instead of Smile! Yes it is pricey but you get what you pay for and I would MUCH rather be in safe hands (literally) and have a proper assessment/treatment plan incase there are any complications etc. Please do your research before choosing those instagram ''online invisaligns" and go here for a consultation first. I highly recommend this practice and it's worth every penny.

It was a pleasure communicating back and forth with Tara for my initial-virtual consultation. Tara is super friendly and helped me to understand how everything would work out.
Dr Rachel Smith was very fast with her proposed treatment plan. Her confidence and extensive knowledge on orthodontics made me feel comfortable with her recommendations and soon after everything was booked in!
Karen also helped with the fitting of my braces and explained how everything would be in the coming weeks.

E.Great experience using Rachel & her team for our younger son’s treatment. Not only are they amazing orthodontists, they are also warm and friendly and the clinic is a reflection of this - it’s important as you’ll spend around 18 months going to appointments. (We used to dread going to our older sons orthodontist, so believe me Eden Orthodontists were such a welcome change!) Thrilled with the result, stunning straight teeth and the bite that was actually the main reason for treatment is corrected. My older son is now in treatment with the team. Many thanks!!!

Everything was explained to my young daughter before she went through the process which greatly alleviated any nerves she may have had. Dr Smith and her team are extremely professional and experienced. Dr Smith gave us honest advice based on her many years experience. We were impressed with the whole experience and will choose Eden Orthodontics when the time comes for my children to get braces.

T.I was recommended to visit Eden Orthodontics by my Dentist. I entered with trepidation...nobody wants braces at the age of 48 right? The nerves disappeared as soon as I met Rachel and Tara, they put me completely at ease. Jen joined the fun team soon after.
Through the course of my straightening I looked forward to my visits.Not only was there progress on my teeth but the girls were so much fun to deal with.
In my time there I watched the team grow to a bustling staff of 6 or 7. Eden Orthodontics is growing at a huge rate, this can only be accredited to the great work they do there. My teeth are testament to that. Straight, smiling, white teeth. Thanks guys, you are the BEST!

Rachel was extremely understanding and helpful with our concerns about our son getting braces, as he is on chemotherapy -- she even got a second opinion on the best approach, given his low immunity and risk of mouth infection.
Both of my children have different types of braces (for 9 months now). My 13 year old son has Invisalign, and 12 year old daughter has clear braces on the top and wire braces on the bottom (her choice). The difference in the two treatments is like night and day. My daughter was forever snapping off brackets, getting ulcers, or not brushing her teeth properly, and my son took to Invisalign instantly. His teeth look so straight now, and after such a short time. No more front tooth overlap! He does need remember to take his case with him when going out, but this is easily self managed now.
The team at Eden Orthodontics are very friendly and professional, it has been a pleasure going there.
