Nice staff.
A.Last month I went to have a well overdue check up , clean and assessment. Like many people, I don't like going to the dentists nor their bills, however I had an extremely positive and professional treatment from Dr Robyn Cameron who immediately put me at ease and was really great to deal with. Further, the bill wasn't stinging at all and the staff on reception were incredibly nice and easy to deal with (not too much admin for a first time patient!). I would absolutely recommend this dental practice and Robyn Cameron.
T.A HUGE thank you to all the team at Epsom Dental. My daughter had a terrible accident at school yesterday morning chipping both front teeth badly . I phoned Epsom Dental where the staff were so accommodating and were able to see her at 2.30 the same day and repair her teeth. SO thankful :) and my daughter is smiling again .They always do a fantastic job!!!!
C.As a patient myself walking in the door of the Epsom Dentalcare surgery you are welcomed with a smile from the wonderful receptionists. The environment they have created is one of a positive experience. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Through each step of my appointment I was advised of what was going on and made to feel at ease with the procedure.
I also currently care for 54 teenage boys and when I was looking for a dentist in 2013 to take on the care of my boys dental health I came across Epsom Dentalcare. I was greeted with a smile and the staff were so helpful in sorting appointments around school and other commitments. I have been kept informed of any issues with the boys teeth. The boys have been taught how to clean their teeth properly and more effectively. They have all come away with a positive experience even gaining a new toothbrush. I think it's really important, while the free adolescent services are available, to take full advantage of them. I would highly recommend Epsom Dentalcare as a dentist of choice for you and your family.

C.I found the team at Epsom Dentalcare to be very friendly, accommodating, efficient and professional. The friendly reception staff worked hard to find me appointments that suited and the dental hygienist was thorough and knowledgeable. Dr Lance Mundy put me at my ease with his clear explanations of the treatment that I needed. He and the dental technician were friendly, using expert and gentle techniques and made me feel like they cared. I have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice.
K.Amazing dental practice - all the staff are incredibly warm and friendly and make you feel completely at ease. Recently had my first wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Lance Mundy and could not have asked for a smoother procedure! 10/10 would recommend - three of my colleagues now go to Epsom Dentalcare too!
R.I've been doing my dental hygiene here for at least 3 years with Shivani and she has always been great.
Eventhough we switched homes multiple times and I tried different practices, I always ended up coming back to Shivani.
Shivani is very professional and polite and does a very thorough job which is definitely what you need for your dental hygiene. Also, she reminds you of everything else that you need to do at home to maintain your teeth in a better way.
I've never experienced any sort of pain or discomfort while she was doing her job and at the end of every session she always asks you to check in the mirror to make sure your happy.

Then the dentist really professional, explaining all very well, they made me feel very comfortable and welcome. J.Dr James Philpott and the team at Dental Care Epsom are seriously the best. I went in with a chipped front tooth and thought that it was going to be unfixable. Dr Philpott worked his magic and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the whole process. Absolutely the place to go for dental work in central Auckland. A+++ definitely going back there!

As a newcomer, I was made to feel welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The consulting dentist, Dr Lance and his assistant really put me at ease. In Dr Lance, I found him to be detailed orientated and patiently answered the various questions I had. Highly recommended!

J.If you've ever read Harvard Business School Professor David Maister's book, 'True Professionalism', you'll understand what I mean by Epsom Dentalcare being true professionals. It isn't just Lance Mundy but the whole staff including the dental therapists to the receptionists. It's the culture of the whole enterprise - from technical skill through to interpersonal relationships.
I called eight other orthodontic practices in Auckland following a referral from the school dental service. The information provided over the phone by Epsom was by far the most informative, open and clear--as well as it happened the most price competitive.
The payment plan was simple and manageable, and Lance has assisted us through the public health system for a complex extraction of my daughter's supernumerary tooth.
These people understand isn't a matter of checking boxes but an underling philosophy. I highly recommend them.
