N.I brought my son here for orthodontic treatment. My son was 8 years old and his teeth are very crowded. I worried he might need some teeth removed for orthodontic treatment.
Dr Cham recommended Invisalign First for my son. He had the aligners for about 1.5 years.
His teeth are now perfectly straight and doesn't need to have any teeth removed! I am very happy with the result. The price was lower than I was expected, and the whole thing was like a breeze, pain-free and require visits once every 2 months only.
I highly recommend this for everyone.
A.I chose Epsom Dentists for my Invisalign treatment back in 2016 and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Dennis and the team are experienced, efficient and extremely friendly. My Invisalign treatment went as smoothly as possible - after 18 months my teeth were perfect (thanks, Dennis)! 4 years on and I still go to Epsom Dentists, although, these days its mostly for check-ups and hygienist visits. Peter is the best hygienist I have ever had - efficient, friendly and hilarious! I would highly recommend Epsom dentists.

Absolutely no regrets, this is a very professional comfortable clinic with an amazing and friendly team who have helped to answer my hundreds of questions over time, helped me to have the perfect teeth I was wanting and also to make dental hygiene a priority for me. Special mention to the receptionist Brooke who is super professional & helpful and of course to Dr Cham who will ALWAYS greet you with a smile, no matter how busy they may be!

J.I have been with Epsom dentist since 2013. They have been nothing but helpful, and every visit over the years has been with great satisfaction. The staff are friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. In the past, I was a little self concious about my teeth so I would smile less, but after using invisaligns, and with Epsom Dentist's support and guidance my teeth are so much better, and I can smile with confidence!

K.I came here and had a consultation for Invisalign. My teeth are very bad and I always wanted to have them straightened. I have been to two other dental clinics (there are 3 Invisalign Diamond doctors in Auckland) for consultation, my conclusion is Epsom Dentists is the best! Amy was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She has the best customer service I have ever experienced. She treated me like a VIP! She spent just more than an hour with me, she did a scan of my teeth and showed me what my teeth would look like after Invisalign. The whole appointment was free!
Although I cannot start the treatment straight away due to my private reason, I will certainly come back to Epsom Dentists when I can start in the future.
I recommend everyone to come here for Invisalign, they are very experienced and very friendly.

The team here (Dr Cham, the dental nurses and the dental hygienists) are amazing and the receptionist is always so welcoming. Z.Professional service with a smile: immigration made possible: I was a patient at the dental practice for roughly a year and a half, and underwent the invisalign treatment. The most prominent thing I picked up was the type of service that the workforce was expected to deliver by Dr. Cham (the head dentist), he acts like the glue that holds the team together. Due to unforseen circumstances I decided to emmigrate with my partner in the middle of my treatment, this was the first time that the Dr Cham encounted such a phenomena. After a few speed bumps wih the clarifiation of the process I was able to successfully transfer my invisalign case to my new country of residence without much hassle. They treated me like a patient even after I left the country, they even refunded a part of the fee plan that I did not undergo with them (not completing my treatment with the practice). I would definately recommend Epsom dentist to anyone, as all aspects of the service are good from the reception team, to the assistants, to even the hygienist. The only 'downside' I could think about was the fact that all dental treatments (especially cosmetic/orthodontic treatments) are usually pricey, worldwide, so keep that in mind when commiting to orthodontic treatment plan.
